Nationwide Infiniti gave me the best sales experience ever! Chris Collins worked through all the options to get me the best fit for me & my family! This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from him within the last 3 years and we will continue to buy "Nationwide for Life!" Amy R
Best Car Buying Experience ever
I have been buying cards at the Nationwide dealership since 2007 and because of the team that works their I will never go to another dealership. I know we all have choices where we can shop however from Cindy Rodgers in Sales, Sam Maiocco as the Sales Manager to Mack Jaber in the finance office they all ensure your car buying experience is simple and flawlessly executed from end to end. They work to well together with ensuring you receive the best deal and most importantly you as the consumer are very happy. I can't say enough about their professionalism, and overall just how much they care. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new car or have any questions about what your current or future care buying needs are to go visit them! Definitely BEST IN CLASS!!
I would not recommend anyone to this location for buying an Infiniti.
This dealership handles business with their customers very unprofessionally. I had the absolute worse customer service with management when it came to selling me an Infiniti. I was lied to originally when told they could put me in a vehicle. The only reason why I was sold a vehicle is because someone traded in their car. That trade in car was offered to me. I wasn't quoted the right price of the car. I was told the car was inspected and detailed and was asked to come in to pick it up and it was not ready. I was told a different price of the car than originally offered when I arrived to pick it up. I missed a total of 4 hours of work and was only supposed to be in the dealership for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I was told to come back another day to have the car detailed after waiting for 4 hours. Infiniti makes great cars. I wish the cars matched the customer service I should have experienced. If my vehicle I traded into Infiniti was functioning, I would have went to another dealership to buy a car. I will never go back to this location.
Will not bring my vehicle back
I will not be bringing my vehicle back to your establishment for maintenance or service of any type I was sold a battery at full price that was a rebuilt battery according to AAA who had to save me in Pawleys Island South Carolina I've had to bring my car back multiple times to have the job done correctly of course it was done after two times but my time is valuable I don't trust you to touch my vehicle
Check Engine Light
On the afternoon of 12/28 my check engine light came on. I went to Auto zone and got a P0101/P010B readout. I went online to make an appointment and the online schedule allowed me to make an appointment today, 12/29 at 915am. I arrived at 908am and the service representative seemed confused and did not immediately find my appointment. After I reviewed the concern he took my key and the car. The place seemed to be NOT very busy but they did not take my car back for diagnostics for almost an hour as it was 1015 before he came to me with the printout of the diagnostics-- the same printout I received for free at autozone the day before that took < 3 minutes to complete and produce. In addition to the rear O2 sensors BOTH needing replacement there was an additional air filtration and duct work that was breaking down needing repair (odd for this to occur in only 75K miles). The part was not available but I approved the repairs as well as ordering the part for repairs later. I did not receive an adequate explanation for the decay of the air intake system other than " these things happen" and "it could be weather conditions- anything" both explanations that a novice such as myself without seeing the car could have offered. The repairs went on and at 1135 I was told my care was complete and did I want it washed. I said sure. At 1230 I had to interrupt the service representative in the office of the supervisor to ask where my car was. I was told that it was "being hand washed". Miraculously, it was ready when he checked. It was almost an hour extra which, in retrospect had I known - and my history has been it has never been more than 30 minutes- I would have declined. In fact in the last 2 visits I have not received the usual VIP style of care that had been so common in years past. Several months ago your dealership solicited me to come in to consider trading in my EX35. At the time I decided to wait while considering 2 newer models. However, over the last few months the number of mechanical failures and cost of repairs have made me reconsider. Coupled with the less than stellar service and attentiveness I have decided, for now, that I should seriously consider trading in my EX-35 (since it seems to be reaching a fragile state at only 75K- my previous Toyota Highlander has logged more than 225K in my nieces hands with far fewer mechanical issues) but will trade it with a dealer of another type of vehicle. After 4-1/2 years of being a spokesperson for the merits of the Infiniti EX35 and Nationwide Infiniti the last few months have soured my view of your dealership and the line of vehicles. I wish that this were different. Joe Wiley Invoice C48458
Absolutely super. I would recommend Brandon Schaefer and his team at Nationwide Infiniti above any other Infiniti dealership I have dealt with. Whether a vehicle purchase or service, second to none.
2014 QX80 Purchase - Excellent !!!
My wife and I had been looking for several weeks for a QX56 with very specific features. We were able to locate a QX80 via Nationwide's website that met all those features except one (Wood steering wheel). This feature was the only optional feature that we could add on later. Mr. Paul H took my call when inquiring about the vehicle and he did a Excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle and as a salesman in general, he did a great job. We were able to trade our 2004 QX56 for a comparable dollar amount. The trade amount provided by Nationwide came in at exactly what the CarMax Buying Center was willing to purchase the vehicle. We felt welcomed by all members of your sales, service and finance staff. Mr. H also provided us lunch (pizza) while we waited that was provided by another happy customer. This was an exceptional sales experience !!!
The BEST car buying experience!!!
I saw some used cars here on edmunds that were at nationwide. I called and got Stephen Anzalone on the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he recommended a few cars. He was professional and knew his stuff. We set a time for me to come by. The meeting was great. Stephen sold me the exact car I was looking for! I have a gorgeous BMW coupe. He gave me a great deal and made me feel like a priority and a VIP! I love nationwide, Stephen Anzalone and my new Bimmer!!
Just like many people we dreaded looking for a new vehicle for obviously reasons. We also reviewed at least ten different vehicles because we were not sure what we wanted. We had many different experience in this process with each dealership we went to. All companies will have problems with their customers, mistakes or misunderstandings occur. We believe that the companies that we want to work with excel when there are problems. Nationwide Infiniti when we presented our problem to them they acknowledged the issue and took responsibility for it. Most organization will not do that. Then the management team worked on a solution that was acceptable to us. They were fair and giving in this solution. If the vehicle we purchased performs like Nationwide Infiniti we will be back again to purchase another vehicle.

Brought in my Infinity G35X to have checked because the car was constantly overheating, I also had mentioned how the check air for tires light was always on, but that I have heard and read that this is a common issue. I could care less, i wouldn't trust a light to tell me anyway. The service consultant told me that it wasn't normal and they would check on it. They ended up charging me $300 for "looking into it" and never found a solution. They had my car for 2 days working on why the car was overheating. When I received a call back they told me that they had the car running most of the time and it never overheated, but they did see my brake light was out and my key fob needed a battery, so they went ahead and did that without my consent. As soon as I left the car started over heating again. I had to leave the state so the car sat for about 7 days. When I returned I brought back my car to have it checked again. I okayed them to do an extended road test, which they did 3 times totaling 201 miles. The last road test, the actual service consultant brought my car home with him and hit a deer. I never received an apology or a credit......nothing. My insurance adjuster came and estimated the work that was needed in the amount of 4000.00. 2 days later they called saying the car was ready and that they found the problem with the overheating. Turns out they kept it running in air conditioned garage so of course it didn't overheat!! They were fully aware that the weather was in the 100s hot and humid when it overheated for me. Funny how after wrecking my car they thought hmm maybe we should test drive or run it when the weather is hot. Another funny thing is how they had $4000 in damage fixed in 2 days and changed the cooling fan motor which was causing the overheating. When I came to get car, still no apology, nothing, I was handed the bill to take to counter to pay. When looking at bill and seeing that they charged me for parts, assembly and antifreeze I was furious! Before I could even open my mouth they asked me for a check for my deductible . I was livid needless to say. I spoke with manager who kindly credited me $50 for labor charges and for the cost of deductible. I cannot express enough how they had absolutely no customer service. They didn't even have the decency to say they were sorry, just a simple common courtesy. When I got into my vehicle I noticed that it wasn't vacuumed or clean, like they normally do for all customers. At that point all I could do is laugh and have pity for them being such [non-permissible content removed]!!!!
I was pleasantly surprised.
I had not bought a car in over a decade, and was dreading the process. I contacted Nationwide online regarding the vehicle I was interested in. I was very impressed with their prompt and courteous responses with a no pressure attitude. After a bad experience at another dealer I was working with in the area (who is much closer to my home), I decided to try my luck at Nationwide and was very comfortable doing business with them. They are good natured, and have a no pressure attitude that I appreciated in making this big decision. I will recommend them to anyone who wants a good car buying experience.
Bought my G37x here
Went through Nationwide's Internet dept. to purchase my new G37x. The response was prompt and the price very fair out of the box. Their salesman, Doug Winebrener, was efficient throughout the process, responding to numerous phone calls that I made with regards to options, pricing, and purchasing a vehicle from out-of-state. I was unsure about the options/color package that I wanted and they were patient and more than willing to work to find exactly the combination that suited me best. They found a car that I thought I would want, brought it in, and let me know the minute it hit the lot. I ended up purchasing it. I also traded in my old vehicle. After an initial offer, I told them what I wanted for it - and they came through. Frankly, this was the easiest, most stress free auto purchase of my life - most of it done from the comfort of my own home.
These Guys are AWESOME!
If you are looking for and Infiniti Dealership Nationwide is hands Down the BEST. With an extremley knowlegable Sales staff and a great Service Dept.I Love my G35x and Kevin the Surfer Dude was the best salesman i ever dealt with not pushy knows all the cars inside out - the guys there made my experience the easiest hasslefree and Fun - I bring my car there once a week for a free car wash . Nationwide is the very Best, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy an INFINITI.
If you want a dealership to pull a car out from back, strip the plastic off, wash it, slap a tag on it, and promise you that they'll take care of any issues and make you happy then you've found the place. If you have issues and want them resolved you're definitely not going to be happy. You're not dealing with Honda or Toyota anymore. If you absolutely feel that you must have a car from them I would suggest that you insist on the following: 1. Perform an extended road test ...not just highway, take it out on some 2 lane asphalt and listen for road and wind noise 2. Get a copy of the delivery inspection and service performed 3. Do not take the vehicle or sign anything until every problem and issue has been resolved to your satisfaction. With them it's a one shot deal..don't blow it now. 4. Whatever you do...do not let them put a tag on the car until everything is final 5. If you get a price over the internet from them, take it with you...They probably won't be able to find it because it's in another building or that person doesn't work the weekend 6. Compare it to the Lexus and Acura. As a suggestion...take someone along who has dealt with them
I have dealt with Nationwide on 3 occasions, all bad. I find the consistently the sales people knonly the basics about their product and nothing about their competition. It doesn't stop them from making up ficticious statements to try to sell a car. I find themnot very friendly and not willing to work with them. I went to Sheehy and JBL both are better then Nationwide I drove 40 miles out of my way to do business with Sheehy. It was well worth it.
poor shopping experience
I went to Nationwide Infiniti to purchase a G35x with a trade and i had poor experience trying 2 deal with them. They were not particularly pleasant to work with and would not give a reasonable price. Their inventory was fair and showroom was a bit cramped.
