Waste of time and money

I drove 2 1/2 hours to see a car here (twice). I Informed salesperson I was very interested. I made an appointment to have the car inspected by a mechanic. And hopefully close a deal. I showed up and the sales person was gone and nobody had a clue. They were resistive at first to let me inspect the car. I paid for a mechanic to look at it. I asked them to put a hold on the vehicle and they said sure. I kept in close contact by email also. I sent the Edmonds book report to him showing the dealers price was $2,000 over book value. The car had some flaws, and I was in the middle of negotiation. When the sales person returned, he informed me that it had been sold out from underneath me. No warning, no courtesy calls on a car that I supposedly had on hold. This was not very courteous in my opinion, and is reflective of the other bad comments about this dealership. I would never come back here again and and I am sad I wasted so much time and money on this bad experience. Their used cars are acquired from auction as is. They are all priced over blue book and not certified.

Negotiated in bad faith

I recently leased a new vehicle and turned in a leased vehicle with payments remaining. 9 days later, Daniel, from finance called me and told me to stop all automatic payments on my old lease, but it was too late. 10 days after completing the lease and taking delivery of the vehicle, a lease payment was withdrawn from my bank account for my old lease. When I contacted the dealership, DANIEL, from finance told me that the dealership would issue a check by the end of the week and deal with Infiniti finance. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, I called the dealership several times and left messages that were not returned. I finally went to the dealership and was told that they were not going to refund the money and gave me a song and dance about payments and that it was included in my new lease. Complete BS. It was not included in my lease agreement. In order to sell the car to me, they negotiated in bad faith and CANNOT be trusted. The manager, GUS SANCHEZ, was rude and cannot be trusted. After I accused him of negotiating in bad faith, he told me that he was done with me and I could leave. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! If you want an Infiniti, and they are good cars, go somewhere else. They will lie to you and take you for a ride. Side note: This is the second vehicle I have leased here. The last time, my identity was stolen a week after I applied for credit. Several credit cards were opened in my name and I had to do damage control for several months. It was the only place I had applied for credit for at least 6-months prior. I'm certain that an employee there was less than upstanding. I contacted the manager at the time, and he could not have cared less. It is under new ownership now, so I decided to give them a second chance. My mistake.

They best car shopping experience I have ever had. The Finance Manager, Vick is a true professional and offers excellent customer service. Also, Kenny the sales person who helped with the purchase is very pleasant with good customer service skills. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks again And I always used to drive BMWs.

great customer service and deal

I bought a Q50 here without any hassel, the internet manager cesar was great, he worked a great deal out for me even after i owed 2500 dollars more than what my car was valued at on my 13 maxima, im only paying 450 with nothing out of pocket, I would highly recommend this dealership this car is awesome! the 3 series bmw, audi A4 and mercedes c-class have nothing on this car. dont be upsold just because of the brand this is a better vehicle!
