infinity QX50

just recently leased infinity QX50 , I really enjoy driving this car, very powerful and handling is good. All over is good , only thing that I think it would be better if it come with xenon light

Keeps me coming back

I have been a customer for 6 + years and one of the reason that keep us coming back is Nick in service. He has been absolutely professional and courteous and works with us. When it comes to repairs he makes sure there is always a loner car when we need one. I even talk to him about the next infinity, we are thinking of weather it will be good fit for our family. Your service works hard on our car and the keep us coming back.

The day after purchasing my 2017 Infiniti Q60 Coupe, I realized that the headliner was falling down in the rear section of the vehicle. Although unhappy that this had happened to my brand new car, Brooke Ranger was absolutely wonderful and understanding of my feelings regading this situation. All promises that were given were kept. Billy Adams

My wife and I recently bought a 2013 QX56 from Billy Adams at Metro Infiniti in Monrovia and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Billy was courteous and professional but went above and beyond by doing a few things that were really unexpected. The first thing was that we negotiated a very fair offer over 2 or 3 phone calls in less than 1 hour, but probably only 10 to 15 minutes total talk time. Second, I told Billy I had 6 children and 2 of them were very sick and I wanted to get in and out of the dealership quickly. I sold cars and I know if normally takes 3 plus hours and Billy had us in and out, including test drive in 45 to 50 minutes. We really appreciated that. 3rd, we noticed a few small issues with the car that needed a repair and Billy took care of all them without hassle or pushback. Billy made the experience excellent and I strongly recommend him and Metro Infiniti. Sincerely Brian O'Malley.

The people at Metro Infiniti from Billy Adams to Lilly To in providing the least pressure and friendly leasing process to the service group from Sergio, Sheryl and Nick through the years is what keeps taking back not only to this dealership but to the Infiniti brand. I considered an Audi and a Volvo this time around but the service experience kept me within the Infiniti brand and this dealership. And Billy Adams and Lilly To, of course, for the second time, performed the fastest lease process honoring the Edmunds price range and to getting me on my way in their new comfortable facility

Tim is the best I have ever dealt with and this is my third acquisition of an Infiniti---2006 G35 Coupe, 2009 Bloomingdale's Christmas Catalog Limited Edition retractable hardtop convertible (a piece of crap which I returned under the lemon law) a 2015 Q50 which I currently drive and now this Qx50 for my wife. In 3 months I will be trading my leased 2015 Q 50 for a new ride and will once again contact Tim Dennis at Monrovia Metro Infiniti.

I have always been treated well at Metro Infiniti. The service is great and plenty of attention from the staff is always appreciated. The newly remodeled facility is great and even if you are waiting for an hour for your car to be serviced, it flys by. Big screen tv and all the coffee and espresso and bottled water you could possibly want.
