Don’t make an appointment and expect communication! I had made an appointment for an oil change and a backup camera issue and this dealership totally forgot about my backup camera issue. After leaving my car there 24 hours I had to call three times to speak to someone about the condition of my vehicle. Then they tried to blame me for the camera not being looked at the first day due to the fact my boyfriend dropped off the car in the oil change lane! Not the fact that I confirmed an appointment online or it was communicated that the camera was broken. Then I had to wait till the end of the business day for a diagnosis, and then two more days till a part came in! I was without my family vehicle Monday-Friday due to negligence. The camera was fixed at the end of the day, but I couldn’t even imagine how long it would have been if I didn’t keep calling. Poor customer service. Hope my 4 year old jeep doesn’t break again
