I test drove 7 vehicles and bought the Hyundai Santa Fe from Steve K at Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha. Part of it was the fantastic service we received from Steve and everyone else at Boucher was very nice and helpful!

Steve and Rafael at Boucher Hyundai Waukesha were great to work with from start to finish. Steve made buying a vehicle a wonderful no pressure experience. After leaving the dealership we had an unforeseen issue. However, we contacted Steve the next business day and he was quick to address and resolve the issue. I love my new Sonata! Would highly recommend!

Dishonest!!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. They are [non-permissible content removed]. I have a deal through Hyundai family member to get a discount and they won't honor it. They tried to force me to finance through them, even though I have my own financing already in place. They refuse to honor the family pricing deal because they can't make enough on it. Do not go to this dealership! I consider this my public service announcement to warn everyone about this place.

Great Experience

Had been searching for a new car, but unsure of what I wanted and never thought it would be a Hyundai, but that's what I bought. Noticed them at the auto show and the following day stopped at Boucher to check it out. They let us take a car home for a day or 2, but after a day, I knew that's what I wanted. I was looking for a certain color and options and they got exactly what I wanted. No pressure, no hassle, just a great experience. Our sales person, Steve and manager, Ryan were so helpful and fun to work with. Would definitely recommend Boucher and a Hyundai! Loving my new car.

Rude and Unacceptable Experience

This morning, my husband and I made the two hour drive to Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha to look/purchase/trade in for a 2006 Nissan Xterra. I had interacted with Alex Dominguez via email beginning last weekend. He was quick to contact me and tell me that pictures would be available Tuesday or Wednesday of last week. On Thursday, he sent pictures and I saw the pictures also updated on the website. Friday night, I got an email from Alex saying that the market price had changed. Being a Saturday, we thought we would take the drive and at the very least, see how the Nissan Xterra drove and whether that would be the car for us or not. It is important to add as well, that I had asked Alex if he could give me a ballpark for a trade in on my 2014 Toyota Avalon with 52900 miles. He wrote me three paragraphs telling me how it wouldn't be accurate and he would only do an estimate at the dealership. This was all acceptable service. However, when we arrived to look at the vehicle, Alex explained that it had not been inspected yet and could not be driven. It was missing a driver's side window completely (that was not visible in pictures) nor did it say it couldn't be driven. (This is what is on the website STILL "*This 2006 Nissan Xterra has been fully inspected by our factory certified technicians." It also states "*Please call or email our Boucher Hyundai sales team with questions or to verify availability, as Xterras near me sell very quickly!! We will have the vehicle pulled up and warmed up in order to save you time," which is why I wanted to make sure to get there early. Although this was not ideal service, I was still not walking out the door. However, it got worse. We then asked if we could drive another Xterra on the lot to see how it handled. Alex disappeared for at least 10 min. (talked with another customer) and when he returned told me he only had a Kia Sportage. I said, "Can we take the 2010 Xterra for a drive?" Again, still not leaving because we were very much considering purchasing the 2006 at that time. After the test drive, he then asked if I 'wanted' the 2006. I said it was dependent on the trade in value (like I sent in the email) and I would have to get a number. At that point, he became vague and rude in questioning me about what I wanted. I very much understood that a trade in a negative direction was not likely, however, as a larger dealership, I was not sure and it was never stated... not in email nor in our conversation. Instead, at this point, we had become a bother to him. By asking him to 'give me a number on my Avalon,' we became a bother to him! We had wasted four hours and didn't even get a test drive out of a car and were being treated horribly. I would have greatly appreciated working with someone who was upfront and honest and direct yet willing to work. Alex introduced himself by telling me he was in internet sales. He should stay there.

It was my first time buying from this dealership and certainly not the last time. The staff is very friendly especially Ylli Berisha, who helped us with the purchase of our new car. This dealership takes pride in inspecting thoroughly their used vehicles before selling them. It was a very pleasant experience and I will surely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Excellent experience working with Fawn to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata. She treated me with respect and listened to what I was looking for in my next car. The internet pricing was a clear, direct method to reach a fair price. The financing process was efficient. I recently purchased a new 2017 Hyundai Tucson Eco from Boucher Hyundai and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Kevin Hart, along with the rest of the staff, was extremely professional, kind, and well informed of their vehicles. We went in with more than enough questions about Hyundai and their vehicles. Kevin answered every question we had and was great with making me comfortable with the Tucson Eco I ended up purchasing! I never once felt pressured and would absolutely buy another vehicle from them. I couldn't be more pleased with me experience and would recommend Boucher Hyundai to anyone looking into purchasing a new vehicle! Thank you Kevin and Boucher Hyundai!

Great experience with Dan the Internet Sales Manager. The price listed due to sales and rebates was very fair, and Dan actually found another one, a veterans service rebate. Everyone from Dan to the finance team and the manager are helpful without pressure.

2017 Santa Fe Sport

Just purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport - my 4th vehicle purchase from Boucher. I try other dealerships but keep coming back because they treat you great. Fawn Delaney in sales is very easy to work with and knows every detail and option. I'm glad she mentioned the option package for SF because there were some things I really wanted and it was not expensive. My Hyundai's rarely need service but the few times I've been have been excellent.

2017 Genesis G80 purchase

I recently purchased a 2017 Genesis G80. I went with the 36 month lease program since the rates were very reasonable. My sales representative was Alex Dominguez. He went over all of the outstanding features of the G80. I was able to test drive the G80 and Alex continued to point out the features of the car during our test drive. The negotiation for the G80 and my trade-in went quickly and smoothly. Boucher didn't have a G80 in stock in the color and options I wanted but they were able to locate one very quickly and had it on-site in 2 days. On the day I picked up the G80, Alex demonstrated all of the features of the car and ensured that I understood how they worked. I am very please with the work Alex did and the overall service provided by Boucher Hyundai, This is my third purchase from a Boucher dealership and my second one from the Hyundai dealership.

Bought my 3rd Hyundai from Boucher recently. I keep coming back because they treat you like a customer should be. With respect and dignity, not just a number walking through the door. From sales to finance to service I'm always treated great. They are one of the few dealerships that want to ensure you drive out of there with the vehicle that fits you and your needs.
