Purchase of 2019 Santa Fe SE

I must commend Matt Bergman for his patience. My wife and I are very slow in coming to a decision especially when it comes to a expensive purchase such as a car. We test drove a couple of different vehicles and hemmed and hawed before finally making a decision. Matt was very nice throughout the process. By the time we completed the process and all the paperwork it was getting dark and it was rush hour. The weather was foggy and raining and my wife was a little apprehensive about driving a new car with a lot of bells and whistles home in those conditions so Matt drove her home. We had to take the car back to the dealership the following to get it washed and have a protective coating applied to the exterior. Matt came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. Then he helped us to download some apps to our phones so we could use the new "technology" that came with the car.

I honestly never thought I would say looking for and purchasing a car could be a pleasurable experience. In the past my experiences have ranged from extreme dissatisfaction to relatively painless. However that was far from the case at Seidel Hyundai, Parkside Ave, Reading. Here my buying experience was fantastic, from the knowledgeable, relatable salesman, Matt Bergman to the Finance manager, everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this dealership, if your in the market for a car! Being in sales myself I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised, it’s harder than ever to find exceptional customer service. Give them a try I’m positive you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could say that every car purchase went the way this one did, but that’s not the case. I can’t say enough great things about the process and the people at Seidel Hyundai. Our family bought not one, but two vehicles from the knowledgeable team in less than a month and I’d buy another if I could.

I visited the dealership Thursday evening and the sales worked hard make the car I wanted to fit my budget. I returned the next forpuckup. My new shiny Hyundai!!!. Awesome dealership

We arrived at closing time on a Friday night. We had already submitted our credit app online and the dealership knew what vehicle we wanted. They were able to get us in a new 2019 Sante Fe Limited in 2 hours! Something another dealership couldn't do in 4 hours. I can't thank them enough for making the deal we wanted and for staying 2 extra hours on a Friday night to close the deal. Everyone was great to deal with, and I can't wait to do business with them again. If you want to buy a Hyundai, go to Seidel!

Matt Bergman, my sales rep was personable, outgoing, knowledgeable of all aspects of my car. He instructed me on every detail of the electronics, warranties, service, and all my questions.

Seidel Hyundai provided me with a great service (thank you Tyler) they were very responsive. I had been shopping for a car for a few weeks and was at the point where a purchase was imminent. I called in to check out the 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate. Seidel offered me a great price on the car, found the colour combination I specifically wanted and got everything ready for me in a timely manner. Paper work was a breeze and there was no pressure to take on extra's etc that were offered. It will be a couple of months before I get to try out the service department but if they are on a par with sales its an experience I'm sure will be enjoyable.

We had to quickly replace our car and since I was interested in the Hyundai Elantra, we thought we would start with the Seidel dealership in Shillington. Correct choice out of the gate! We were met by Chris Caruso and he took us through the whole process of selecting, test driving and purchasing a 2018 Elantra SE-as painless a process as I've ever had buying a new car. They listened to our price requirements and were willing to meet us where our budget allowed. The car is great and the dealership first rate and Chris isn't too bad either! Strongly recommend Seidel's and Hyundai if you're in the market for a new car.
