This is the 9th Hyundai my wife and I have purchased from Conicelli, and in particular with Darryl Smith as the salesman. The process has always been pleasant, they've assisted me in finding the car I needed, and always in the payment range I was comfortable with. The most recent purchase wasn't in stock, but they had it in their shop in three business days. I also have all my vehicles serviced by Conicelli and have been well taken care of by Pat McGarry and his staff. Between sales and service I don't need to go anywhere else.

I had the pleasure of working with Dmitriy Kichin. He is amazing at what he does. I went in to shop around for cars, but was already approved for an auto loan before I came in. When I sat down with Dmitriy I made him aware of my approval; he took one look at the paperwork and told me he could do much better than what I was being offered. And boy did it! I was looking for a used car in good condition and left with a 2017 Toyota Camry! I LOVE it!!!! If you are in the market for a vehicle, I recommend Dmitriy!! He took me around and showed me every car I wanted to see (prior to committing to the Camry). He explained everything to me. I never felt like I was being talked into anything. He's an all around great guy!!!

Conicelli Hyundai has made a long time customer

I was in the market for a compact hatchback with really no preference in who I wanted to purchase from. I went to about 8 different dealerships and Conicelli serendipitously had the car I wanted. I already had a car on finance, so I knew it was going to be a hassle to try to look for a car I could afford as well as convince someone to help take the car off of my hands. Thankfully I met Tim Mahy and Steve Fanelli. Not only were they willing to assist me, they went, in my opinion, above and beyond. As my boyfriend said they "moved mountains" for me. Tim and Steve made me feel so special and at home that I pretty much cried with joy the entire ride home in my certified pre-owned Elantra GT. They were patient and went out of their way to make sure that I went home with what they felt was a vehicle that I deserved as well as a loan I could feel confident in paying off. Their work, as well as Concelli's warranty program has really given me confidence in my car and in the Hyundai brand. I feel like I've bought so much more than a car and I can't imagine getting the service I got from them from any other dealership. I thank them for not letting me walk away distraught and unhappy, for researching as much as they could for me, and for being able to see that I was in need of help. I will not forgot seeing the look of genuine happiness on THEIR faces knowing that they were able to help me get what I wanted. I have been and will continue to talk about my positive experience with them. I will continue to recommend Conicelli to everyone who is interested in a car as well as their amazing customer service.

Awesome experience

My experience all around was great. I came in earlier than I said for my scheduled appointment and was greeted within 2 minutes of walking in the door with my salesman and set off on a test drive. The car ( 2013 Genesis coupe 2.0T) was awesome and I knew this was it. I already had an approval through a bank but the finance guy was able to beat it for me. The whole process I thought went fairly quick, that is for buying a car. In and out in under 2 hours.

Sloppy work

Well I found the car I wanted online called to see if it was available it was I put an application on line and got approved 3 hrs before I went in I asked if it was still there sales man said yes I was happy my co work dropped me off after 15 min the salesperson said that was a dummy car they use on line nice thanks so he showed me 3 other cars one with a big dent he said well it's a used car the fourth car was the charm I loved it and said I will take it I was buying for my wife as a surprise I showed him the online coupon that said I would get a 30 prepaid gift card for doing the test drive he said ok they had to find them but he does think they do that any more but showed the date saying it's good to 4/29 he said he would get me one I said ok so I went back to sign my life away he took the car to get cleaned up after 40 min the car was brought back but they kept the floor matts any did a half ass job. But it was good enough just to surprise the wife while out the door I asked about the 30 he said they ran out a will give me a free oil change they also forgot to top of the gas like the say they do to every car they sale. after she got home I surprise he she loved it until she pulled the seat up and it was covered in oil We wiped it up and then she took the sun visor down and it was covers in dry wax I went to the passenger side to get in and it had soda spilled one the side all I can say is they got me good I will not buy another car again from them if this place lies like this please don't buy a car from them I know it's small but when your spending 16000 this small stuff adds up especially when they cannot be honest to you

A great learning experience for any recent graduate is buying a car. With the help of my mom, I had a good idea of the car I wanted. We came prepared and were able to find the car for me. Recommend any graduate in need of a car to this dealership, do your research and make sure the car is a perfect fit for you! Also, remember to have fun! Great Sales person, BAD finance person

I had a very pleasant experience with the salesperson that patiently worked with me to purchase a Sonata 2.0T limited. (but that is where it ends and is the only reason they got 3 stars vs. 0). The it came time to meet with their finance person. He literally began to scold me (which was amusing since he was 1/2 my age) and get upset because I did not accept his first offer for the trade in value for my vehicle. He was also unhappy because "I should have told him upfront that I was trading in a car..." before negotiating the final price of the car. Ahhhh....Hellooooo...NOT! That is what they want you to do...that is what YOU should not do as a consumer. The final straw was when he became upset with me as I was smiling and shaking my head. I said the salesperson was great and I was sorry I could not do a deal at the price he offered for the trade in. I got scolded yet again and asked why I was smiling. HUGH!? I guess I should have been angry with puckered lips?!???

I was in the market for a new car lease. The Genesis looked like the car to have, but the sticker and sales price were way above my budget. After doing my homework on Edmunds (thank you forum members), I realized that I can lease the Genesis 3.8 AWD with ultimate for high $400 (with taxes) and around $1000 out the door. One e-mail to the sales team with the link to the Edmunds post, and an e-mail back with the exact numbers. Set an appointment for that evening, test drove the car, and gave the OK. Within less than an hour I was out the door without any games or "Meet the sales manager sister in law". Could not have had a better experience.

Never thought I would own a Hyundai

After test driving our Toyota Used Car salesman's Sonata we decided to go up the street to check out the Genesis. From the second we walked in the door there was a totally different feel at Conicelli Hyundai compared to their Toyota and Honda stores. The were all so welcoming even though we were there with our salesman, Pete Markakos (who is a great guy and I would recommend you using if going to Toyota Used). As we all know salespersons work on commission but it was very clear that it didn't matter and they worked as a team. I worked directly with the General Sales Manager, Oliver Woolfolk. He is very polite and up front with a great smile. The next day he found the car we wanted. When we went down to sign the papers Oliver and Pete were both off so we met with Rob Durante, Sales Manager, Casey Wheat, Sales Consultant and Juan Peligren, Finance Manager. The three of them went above and beyond. We had our children with us (7 and 9) and Michelle at the reception area offered them papers to draw on. Rob offered them the tv channel they wanted to watch and Casey kept blowing up balloons for them. That may not seem like a big deal to some but to anyone with young kids you understand how stressful it can be when your children are misbehaving while you are trying to concentrate. I truly can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was. I hope at the end of my lease each one of them are still there so I can have the same experience again.

Excellent First Time Experience

This was my first time buying a car and it could not have gone any better. I came in having a budget in mind, an idea of the car I wanted, and my salesman Casey Wheat made it happen. He made my experience very easy and fast, but most of all made sure I was completely comfortable with everything. He was polite, knowledgable, and patient, making sure he went over everything in the car and answering all my questions. I'm so happy with my car and my experience with Casey that I recommended him to other family members who were looking to buy. I would definitely come back!

Look no further than Conicelli!

I have never purchased a new car in my life. I'm old enough to know what I want, smart enough to stay within my budget and patient enough to sit at a dealer long enough to get what I want. The short answer: Conicelli is great and Hassan is a great asset for them. I went in with a goal in mind, as far as price range for my monthly payments and a desired car. Hassan did EVERYTHING he could to get my first brand new car within the budget I set for myself. On top of being very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, he also helped save me money. I was given a false quote from my insurance carrier and was moments from walking out the door empty-handed. Hassan recommended I contact his insurance broker and boy, am I glad I did! Hassan could've easily just said "sorry we couldn't make it work, have a nice day" and I wouldn't have blamed him. However, he took one step beyond what should be expected for a sales person. Thanks to his recommendation, I am now the proud owner of my first brand new car and I will try to deal directly with him in the future when I consider purchasing again!

We just purchased our second Hyundai from Conicelli Hyundai. The first Hyundai (Genesis Coupe) replaced a Mercedes. The Hyundai was a total step up. These cars are brilliantly engineered, gorgeous in design and faultless in production. The purchase was the smoothest car purchasing transaction I ever had - and I have had some knock down - drag outs in car dealers over pricing and trade ins. When it came time to replace my wife's SUV our first stop was Conicelli. She was convinced she would not like the Santa Fe. We drove the Santa Fe as well as SUVs from the most of the competing brands. Guess which one she fell in love with...yep, the Hyundai! Hyundai is now a serious competitor to Lexus, Infinity and Acura - Not Toyota, Nissan and Honda. In terms of amenities it blows the latter three away and gives you the quality that their elite upper echelon brands offer for less than their base brands. Conicelli makes buying a Hyundai easy. the man who sold me the first car (Rob Durante) is now their sales manager. He had one of his best salesmen, Tim Mhay show us the Santa Fe. Both of these guys are fantastic to deal with. Forget about the image you have in your mind regarding car sales people. These are a couple of regular guys who you could sit around the tv with watching a football game. Just regular folks. My wife was totally at ease with them, they were respectful and courteous and made her feel at ease with the entire transaction. They gave us every discount possible and a ridiculous amount for our trade in - with very little effort on our part. So long story short...if you are looking for a car stop in and see these guys. Hyundais rock and so does this dealership!

Pleasant Experience

John Coyle is the type of salesman I would recommend to anyone. No pressure, no canned sales pitch. Very helpful, patient, answered all my questions and just a very nice man. Lenny in finance also a very nice man. Explained all the financial options in such a way that I could understand. Felt I made an informed decision to purchase the extended warranty. I will definitely return to Conicelli when we are ready for our next vehicle. I just went with my best friend to another Hyundai dealer where she purchased a used Santa Fe. What an uncomfortable experience with the salesman ( no personality, little pushy and not very informative). The price they offered her for her car as a trade-in was downright insulting - needless to say she did not trade it in. She also discovered they had overcharged her on the final order sheet - paperwork had to be done all over. All in all - not a good experience and I would never recommend them. She really wanted to deal with Conicelli after she saw how well things went for me but they did not have the exact vehicle she really wanted - unfortunately this other dealership did.

Great car buying experience!

I’ve bought many vehicles new and used in the past 25 years. While personally I’ve had many great car buying experiences, of course I’ve had a few I would like to forget. Some I've resented for as long as I owned the vehicle. I would consider myself a ruthless car shopper, my wife refuses to ever go with me to any dealerships anymore. This is my experience with Conicelli Hyundai and is a dealership experience. Many reviews seem to go into detail regarding the actual cars, my experience is related directly to Conicelli Hyundai. This vehicle purchase was for my son and totally on his own. As a parent I assisted him as much as possible, without stepping on his toes. My only hope was that he would come away with a positive experience. I tried to warn him about car dealerships and to watch everything closely. Conicelli Hyundai was not our first choice specifically due to the distance from our house. There were a few reputable Hyundai dealers closer to us. However being the avid car shopper fortunately we just had, either bad vibes or unsuccessful negotiations with the other Hyundai dealerships. I knew of Conicelli, they have several dealerships in the area, great reviews and had an incredible inventory and selection. I contacted Diane McNeil in internet sales regarding a particular vehicle and model. She took my information and assured me she would get back as soon as possible. Less than an hour later she called back and said they did have several vehicles and the sales managers would be willing to work on pricing with myself and son. I scheduled an appointment for later that night and she sent me a confirmation email which requested I check in at the main receptionist counter upon arriving. When we showed up, the salesman we were assigned to was working with another client and they called a different salesman named Tim Mhay. After 15 minutes I knew this was our guy. I think we hit the salesman lottery. Tim was laid backed and listened to a father’s attempt to help his son with a complicated decision. He was never in a hurry and never pressured us. While we were still apart on our figures he assured me they would work on them rigorously, however we both agreed the price at the another dealership was a great price, he would have a hard time getting to those numbers on that vehicle. We left after 9:00pm, well after they closed for the night, as we drove home my son said to me, he was a nice guy and wondered why I warned him about salesmen? I told him we got lucky and I thought to myself they’ll come down and match the other dealer’s price. The next morning, Tim sent me an email following up with the both of us. He informed us they own different vehicles for different prices, and some they could work on better than others. He actually wished me luck at the other dealership? I knew Conicelli Hyundai was where I wanted my son to purchase his first new vehicle, but the numbers just weren’t there. I started checking out the reviews for the other dealership. Wow I can’t believe I didn’t see these before. Some incredible negative reviews. There was no way I was taking delivery of a free car from this dealership let alone my son’s first new car purchase. I immediately sent a reply email to Tim at Conicelli Hyundai, I expressed we wanted to purchase from Conicelli, immediately, however my son couldn’t afford the payment. I suggested perhaps we could split the difference and get the deal done. He assured me he would speak with his manager again however he was sure they were as low as they could go, but he would get back to me. He did get back to me in an email later on, which I really enjoyed the emails, this allowed everything to be documented. He of course had better news, while they couldn’t split the difference in the dealerships, he did offer us a final bottom price for the vehicle. I replied to him that I would definitely stop down and see him before going to the other dealership. He did say he was done with work at 6:00 tonight but would stay a little later, if only just to see us. Unfortunately we didn’t get to Conicelli until 6:45, I apologized for being so late traffic was a crazy. He did have the car ready for our inspection and test drive. I assured him we would be back quickly, he said take our time. Of course we got lost and didn’t get back for almost an hour. After another unsuccessful attempt at a lower price we all agreed the price offered from Conicelli on the particular car was more than fair for both of us. It was almost 9 at night and we hadn’t even started the paperwork. Tim then went in to the finance office and came back with 3 different payment plans. My son choose the one he wanted and that was that. After we took delivery of the vehicle well past closing time, I asked Tim, why didn’t he bring up the poor reviews at the other dealership, his reply was, that wasn’t the Conicelli way, car shoppers are well educated consumers these days. Bashing other dealerships was just not they’re concern, they concentrate on customer satisfaction. I must say during the whole process I met some wonderful car buyers in the dealership. Many who had purchased from Conicelli before. We had the pleasure to work with Diane McNeil, the new car manager Robert Durante, the certified used car manager Steve Finelli, the finance manager Steve Osbourne, and of course Tim Mhay, my very patient salesman. Everyone was very friendly and we never thought anything negative was going on. Thanks to the whole team at Conicelli Hyundai for making my son’s first car purchase a fair, positive, pain free and educated decision. As a very complicated consumer, we really appreciated how there was never any gimmicks or price adjustments. Everyone at the Conicelli family of dealerships should be proud to have such truly good people representing they’re company and serving our community. Thanks for a great car buying experience. A.R. Steve K. was my salesperson and he was awesome. He knew all of the features of the call that I asked about. He gave me the bottom line number and there was none of the traditional "let me go talk to my manager" fiasco. They even gave me a great deal on my buying my 2005 Corolla and making that a separate deal from my new Sonata purchase. Steve has a great sense of humor and the culture there seems upbeat and jovial. I would go back again for sure!

I had several dealerships contact me when I was looking for a new vehicle. Conicelli was the best dealership I dealt with. There was no pressure in selling me my car. They didn't call or email 10 times a day. The night I went in to look at cars, Steve K, was my salesman. He was funny, personable and best of all...no pressure sales! He showed me each and every car I wanted to see. He answered all of my 100 questions that I had written down. If he didn't know the answer, he found it quickly. He gave me a great deal and I bought the car the next day. He has since followed up to make sure everything is good with the car. I know I can call him at any point and time and he will help me in any way. The rest of the team at Conicelli was fantastic as well. Sales Manager, GM sales manager, Preowned sales, service, etc. Everyone is so nice and friendly and I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. I just handed out one of their business cards last night to a friend who is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

After almost 4 years without my own vehicle it was wonderful to hear about Conicelli and Nate S. This dealership and this particular salesman made it possible for me to once again own my own vehicle. I have an affordable monthly payment and in a year or so I plan to upgrade to a newer, possibly bigger Hyundai. I hope to once again do business with Conicelli and Nate as they could not have made the car buying process any easier or more enjoyable for me. Nate has gone above and beyond in making sure I am completely satisfied with my Elantra. The icing on the cake was driving my Elantra off the lot with a full tank of gas. Thanks again guys.

I have No intention to deal with Conicelli Hyundai again

Subject : Conicelli Hyundai in Conshohocken, PA ... T Review I have purchased three (3) NEW Hyundai's at Conicelli Hyundai. One vehicle, a Sonata, was new as of that year, but was used. It had to be repurchased because there was glass on the trunk rug, and when further investigated, there was MOLD beneath the trunk; this is very bad preparation prior to delivery. I still have two (2) purchased NEW (not USED): an Elantra and a Santa FE, both purchased new. The Sales dept. is horrible: the sale rep was not truthful although he was personable. Let's get to the more serious problems. The SERVICE department had to TRY to repair a rattle in the door of one of the vehicles. It took them about six attempts to fix it, with one of the times, a service techs left one of his/her tools INSIDE of the door. I still have the noise inside the door, and I will live with it, because I will not let them work on this problem again. On both vehicles they kept OVERFILLING the oil on both cars by about a quart. I reported this to the Service Manager many times, to the Customer Relations Manager several times; and to the General Sales Manager. The Service Manager was polite, but apparently was not effective to remedy the situation. The Service Team was rude, and basically told me that if I was dissatisfied, that I should go some where else. Also, the last time I was there with my wife, I asked a Service Team rep. about when I should have certain proceedures performed on my Hyundai vehicles, and she told me to "Read your owners Manual". I repeated my question to her three (3) times, and got the exact same answer. The General Sales Manager was flat out CAUSTIC, and he tried to blame me for these problems; he even mocked my profession. He tried to change the facts in an apparent attempt to evade the problems. I indicated that I was going to report my concerns, and he told me that he did not care, and that he was not afraid of my reporting to his superiors. The Customer Relations Manager, who I complained to about my concerns, did NOTHING. He would not even sit down with me and the aforementioned "TEAM" to try to remedy the situation; and he relayed to me that the OWNER of the Dealership was not willing to assist in relieving this very bad situation in any way. I called Hyundai Corp. several times, and the persons that I talked to were willing to do NOTHING stating that the Dealership was independent; they had no influence on these problems that I was incurring over the Dealership; only the Dealership could fix this. I have Never been treated like this, nor have I personally seen or heard of this happen to others My wife went with me to see first hand what I was talking about, and she was treated rudely as well; she does not wish to return. The vehicles are Ok, but I will NEVER buy from Conicelli again, and I do NOT intend to buy another Hyundai. I hope that this helps in your decision(s) concerning this Dealership and Manufacturer. I, also, hope that the Dealership and Manufacturer read this , and act on it in a POSITIVE way; and not have this post pulled from the Internet. Best of luck
