Rude !!

My Experience: I am new to Maine and had a look into one of the car in Rowe Auburn Hyundai. I had a talk with the sales representative regarding my current situation (everything was verbal). Thank you for making me believe that I bought a Car and finally selling it to some other customer (own employee) within a week's time without even letting me know. That was a nice sales strategy and thank you for wasting my time. Thank you for your rude reply too. Issues- 1) Giving a rude reply even after knowing by myself that the car was sold. 2) And for your thinking and telling me" You were not sure that you want to buy the car" - If this was the case, I would not filled any application and would have told that I will get back to you later. I am not worried that the car is gone but try to know how to deal and reply a customer. Great SALES. Good Job!

Best Car Buying Experience!

There was no pressure. I was VERY undecided if I wanted used or new, SUV or car and Bill my salesman had the patience of a Saint. Then Lea in finance went above and beyond to secure financing for me with my less than stellar credit rating. It was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had.

As I was price shopping with a budget, and interested in leasing, I needed a lot of information. I GOT IT ALL and more, we found a great car at a good price with answers to question that I would never have thought of asking.

Steve E and Jake E took the car I wanted and put it out back off from the front line until I got approved by my credit union. Jake also had me take the car to Berubes autobody to have a scratch fixed after I took the car home and noticed it a few days later which he didn't have to do but did it to keep a customer happy.

I knew what I was looking for when I walked in. As we walked around looking at vehicles, we looked at a few other close models. But I did not feel pressured. Once they realized I knew what I wanted they went to work to make it happen.
