I've been purchasing and servicing my car at Nardy Honda in Smithtown since 2012, and will continue to do so. They are professional and courteous. The work is always done correctly, on time, and at a fair market price.

Disappointed

Nardy Honda of Smithtown sold me a 2013 CRV that needed an oil change and new brakes within 2 months. I had to pay for these services with my own money. In addition, no one ever answers the phone in service which is why I had to go elsewhere to get the brakes replaced. Shame on Nardy Honda.

Bring vehicle in to repair, come out with more damages

I recently bought my Honda from Nardy and needed to bring it in for service. It took months to schedule an appt because they never have loaner vehicles. And when I finally got it in they carelessly backed it into something that left me with a huge dent. I am working with David and Tim to rectify this now and struggling to schedule another appt. I will let everyone know the outcome before I warn not to buy or service your vehicle at Nardy. Does anyone know how to get through to the owner of Nardy and a corporate service contact?

Loyal Customer Treatment

I bought a used Honda from Mark about 8 years ago. And now I am trying to trade it in for another used Honda. I was disappointed when Nardy undervalued the trade in (less than KBB, other dealers quoted) They sold me me Honda promising it had a clean Car Fax but now I'm wondering if this was not true. The certified Honda I am looking at has a broken exterior light, punctured bumper, scratches, and a foul odor inside. I am hoping Mark and Nardy keep their promise to make these repairs and come to a fair resolution on the price. I will keep everyone posted on how it turns out...

First and foremost Charles Murray is an absolute Pleasure to deal with! He is very knowledge about his products and uses a much more friendly approach to sell cars! Not that High pressure nonsense that you get from other dealerships. Nardy Honda also allowed me to use my own financing which they were also able to secure for at the same rate. They were able to deliver the car the next day! Everyone at Nardy Honda was a True Pleasure to deal with! I would Absolutely Recommend to everyone! JB

Worst Service Dealer!

Wish I could give them 0 star. I showed up Nardy Honda Smithtown with my Honda Pilot in middle of Oct 2017 and wanted to replace my left side arm rest, and the service representative told me he will order the parts and call me once it arrives. I hadn't heard anything for 3 weeks and called the service department, I was told no parts was ever ordered, I have to give the VIN number over the phone on Thursday Nov 9th and got a call stating the part arrived on Friday Nov 10th and I can show up for service, once I showed up on Monday Nov 13th, I was told I didn't have an appointment, therefore the service can't be done, same representative took me to the receptionist to make an appointment for the coming Saturday without an apology. I showed up at 9am on Saturday Nov 18th, checked in with another representative next to the original one, this person told me the parts got sent back and they don't have it anymore, I questioned him what kind crap service you are offering me, I was told I should not show the attitude to him. That's my experience with Nardy Honda Smithtown! If you want to find out how bad their service is, go see their representatives' faces!

Very happy with Smithtown Honda

First off from the moment I walked through the door to the day I picked by my new HRV this place was amazing. I highly recommend buy your new vehicle and working with sale associate Tom! He was great and made the leasing process very easy. I will definitely continue to lease/buy from smithtown Honda.

Excessive excessive wait time for appointments

7/5/2017 I get up early and Head to Nardy Honda to have my 2013 Pilot looked at. I had a similar issue with excessive road noise and vibration through steering which they took care of about 10 months ago. Speak to service advisor who asks if I have a appointment, I respond no but I never needed a appointment in the past. He then explains that as as January you now need a appointment to have a car looked at. Ok I am fine with that just was not aware of new policy. So he says we can take it in now but it will be a while. So my response is well can I make appointment for tomorrow and come back. He then gets on phone with dispatcher who says while on speaker phone. He can leave the car today we will get to it July 18. On my way! On is this a joke I can leave my car for 13 days? This is crazy. I will be hard pressed to return to Nardy. This is actually sad for me to report as I have been having service done their for nearly 15 years on three different Hondas I have owned. The experiences in the past were generally positive.

Always Amazing

We leased one car at a different Honda dealer and you can't compare the service nor the deals we get at Nardy. Buying my first car from a dealership I didn't know what to expect. I've heard horror stories of the salesmen being extremely pushy and basically harassing you. When I went to look at cars at Nardy Honda, Henry immediately came up to me and figured out exactly what I was looking for. I went to him 5 separate times in 3 days and he still had a smile on everytime and answered every tiny question I possibly had. He was funny, and made me feel very comfortable with buying a car when I thought this experience was going to be terrifying. I 100% recommend Henry

Terrible customer service

Went into NARDY honda on July 4th to test drive the new Civic! I previously owned a civic but traded it in because it was a little too small for me. After seeing the new car at the auto show in April I wanted to see how it drove. Henry was the salesperson that helped me. In the beginning it was fine. When went out for a drive and. I told him I currently have a lease which I am in a little Over a year, not really looking to do anything yet. He says well here is an obvious question why are you test driving cars now... When we got back to the dealership he put the car away and never cMe to find me to ask how I liked the vehicle. My fiancée and I started to leave and he says so how'd you like it, I told him how. I felt and then he says "well just so you know we make commission here in car sales so because you have a day off and decide to just test drive cars you potentially took me away from other sales! Maybe wait next time Before you stop on in" that is not how you treat a potential customer. That alone is the reason I will never go back to NARDY Honda in Smithtown.

Hi went to nardy honda on 12/1..my credit wasnt bad i just didnt have any credit seeing how i buy thins cash...My salesman John Livigni made it happen i drove off with my new car 3 days later ...not ony was he a very nice man , when i picked the car up he spent an hour going over the car with me ...WOW he was about the service not his commision ..I highly SUGGEST you ask for this man when visiting them and by the way they had the best deals so it was a no brainer ..VERY IMPRESSIVE ...
