This is the second vehicle that I have leased through Frank Madden and the team at Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington. The process was easy, efficient, and fun. Frank answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of great information that was useful throughout the process. Rather than rushing to make a sale, Frank was patient and fair. Frank was kind enough to show me multiple vehicles and give me different options for my new lease. Frank was a great person to work with and I would always recommend him and the team at Herb Chambers to friends and family.

It was a busy day, but June smiled and said I was next. in line. She asked all the right questions, answered all my questions, and when the work was finished she explained what was done. They also noticed I needed an inspection sticker which I had forgot about. Great job was done by all.

Great customer service!

My car was having trouble starting and I brought it in to Herb chambers Burlington to get it looked at because I thought it might be an issue with the starter, plus it needed an oil change. Was greeted by Chris and he got my car setup to checked out later in the day. A couple hours later he called me telling me that it was just the battery and not the starter, but the tech found a couple of other issues. I, initially, chose to get the oil change and forego the other things, as I can do them myself. Chris didn't try to pressure me into buying anything else and we just left it at the oil change. But then, later on in the day, I decided that I'd just have the other things taken care since the car was already there. Without any fuss, Chris let me know that it would get done. About an hour later, he let me know that everything was done. I picked up the car after work, paid the bill (not an amazing deal, but definitely not outrageous) and went on my way. Everytime I come here I always have a pleasant experience. Thanks, Chris and Herb Chambers techs!

Overall decent service but communication is lacking

Have had reasonably good experiences with Herb Chambers but when I have been promised follow up contact to schedule additional service or for parts I need, I never seem to hear back from Ashley and have to call multiple times to get the information I need. I have ultimately given up on chasing them for the parts I need and will go elsewhere in the future.

Chris is the Best

Herb Chambers is a well established Honda dealership. The service department is the backbone of the company. Chris Glenn is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Anytime I ask Chris a question regarding my service trip, he has a ready answer for me. If you think about it, you deal with the sales representative once. You will deal with the service department for the life of the vehicle and this service department runs like a well oiled machine.

Ashley at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Very professional. She kept me informed throughout the service time! Most appreciative for Ashley saving me money! The auto tech who worked on my car did a very satisfactory job servicing my car. I appreciate as always when they wash and vacuum my car. Great service all around!

Bad experience for oil change

They don’t seem to care that I was waiting for my car. The oil change was done, and the car just sat there until I went back myself to talk to the mechanic. It was crazy and a complete waste of my time.

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington will take the time to get to know what you want, and work with you to ensure that's exactly what you have when you leave. That holds just as true for used car customers as it does for new Honda customers. If you want to be pressured into a purchase, you had best go elsewhere.
