Very disappointed

Traded in my truck and they wouldn’t let me remove my stereo. They said they had to do it. So we agreed on a day for me to come back and when I did they already sold the truck along with my stereo. Salesman said. Ooopps sorry. Bad customer service.

Extremely disappointed

The buying experience went great with Jesse but it went down hill from there. 1) I had signed a paper saying I agreed to pay $X for the car. When I went to sign the paperwork, they had jacked up the price by $25 per month and my signed paper was not to be found. 2) I took the car in a week later for the “make ready” since they did not have the time on Saturday when I bought it. Over that weekend I started to explore the Ford app and found a message each time I had started the car since purchasing it that something was wrong with the electrical system and the car could shut down unexpectedly. When I finally reached the Service Manager after to messages left with the receptionist, I asked him why this was not fixed during “make ready”. He said all he saw was something was wrong with the dash panel, not what I saw on the app. He said I would need to bring the car in and it would be approx 3-5 days to look at it. I asked if I would get a free loaner since I had only had the car for 8 days and he said no I contacted Jesse and voice I was regretting buying a Ford as no other manufacturer has ever treated me like this. His Mgr called me back and said she need DM approval. The following day she called and said the DM had approved but no cars available but should have one either “today or tomorrow” but I was put as a priority. Meanwhile I am afraid to drive my new car because it might shut down on the freeway. That was Tuesday and today is Thursday. No word from anyone.

False posting/information

I made a trip to viva ford after navigating their inventory and finding the vehicle I was interested in. I was shocked to see the mileage and price was completely different from their online posting. This is for a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium - 10 miles on odometer and priced at 22,886. That vehicle had a mileage of 26,400 and they gave ma price way over than it was. I spent some time there trying to negotiate and do business with them. They agreed on a price I was willing to pay. The sales guy comes back saying that they will not sell it for the agreed price and that I have to pay 1500 $ more. I felt insulted and cheated importantly my time wasted

Really a good day. Viewed seveal vehicles haggled On price and accessories reached an agreement process took several hours. Jessie and dealership. Were very patient with me I love to haggle and it was a pleasure to have a dealer haggle back.

Forced to return the Vehicle

I tried to purchase a 2018 Ford Explore, I went as far as signing to paperwork and took the vehicle home but because the following day I complained to the general manager about their financial dept. he called me at home and said "he was going to do me a favor and allowing me to return the vehicle back because I was never going to be a satisficed customer" The next day I texted him and asked him to process the paperwork his reply was no he wanted to Ford Explorer back. I didn't want any legal problems with them so I returned the vehicle two days after taking it home and driving it around town. After speaking with other dealerships near them they were not surprise when I told him how I was forced to returned the Explorer because they have heard many bad things about Viva Ford in El Paso. I will never go back to them or another of their other two Viva's dealerships in this area because they all have the same bad reputation.

Internet ad indicated a new vehicle with approx 125 miles, fully assembled interior. When we drove 300 miles to pick it up, we were offered an approximate 10 minute drive and no further opportunity to inspect. We did note that the mileage was over 500 miles, there was a dent in the door and a chip in the door paint, interior seating was removed. They gave us $100 off for the dent and promised to give us a touch-up paint stick for the chip. Also, the entire owner's manual package with key codes, roadside assistance, etc. was missing. A promise of overnight mailing of these listed components has not transpired. When we actually picked up the vehicle, we found rips in the seats, dog hair all over the carpet, a dent in the rear bumper, dirty interior rails, missing radio antenna, tires grossly underinflated resulting in underinflated notification. We have confronted the dealer about all of our concerns, only to have the dealer turn their backs on us and offer no support or come through on their promises. We basically took delivery of a used vehicle, not new as advertised on the internet. We were quoted a price based on internet advertising, not a price based on the condition that was actually presented to us at the dealer. We have registered a complaint with Ford Customer Relations, only to have them seemingly not responding on a timely basis. We are not used to this considering how many new Fords we have purchased. This was our first and last purchase from this dealer.

Viva Ford Salesperson Sandra helped get right down to the actual price of the vehicle without games and confusions that dealers sometimes are known for. When I had questions about leasing, she brought in the Sales Manager directly to talk with me, instead of going off to talk to him out of my presence as I've experienced at other dealers. Since my questions at that point were really all about the financing and costs, they greatly sped up the process by getting right to the bottom line in short order.

As a result of doing a little research into the dealership prior to going to the lot, just sort of seeing if the vehicle was in stock, we were provided a name of a salesperson, Saul Tena, whom we were recommended to meet in order to get our experience started. Mr. Tena was extremely professional and I cannot think of anything that would cause me to say that I was displeased with any point in our purchase. I did truly believe that he was 'on our side' and my wife and I came out of this very happy.
