Excellent Service

On 22 September 2023 I took my 2022 F-250 (7.3L) in for the 10k service. I was greeted by Service Advisor Lynda who then checked me in and got the ball rolling. Lynda explained all services that were being done, the time frame, and the cost. Everything was great. All promises were met and all expectations were exceeded. Side note: I brought a tire that needed to be switched out on one of my camper wheels. Lynda handled that as well. When I attempted to get that done at Camping World (Swedesboro) they wanted over $100. Lilliston charged me $29 to mount and balance the tire. Thank you!!!!!! Thank you, Lynda, great job to all the staff at Lilliston Ford in Vineland, NJ.

I showed up without making an appointment with a laundry list of service needs including two new tires and a front end alignment and the accomplished all in a day and a half. Well done. I use them for all three of my Ford vehicles. They are always polite courteous and professional with their services.

Good job , keep informed

Overall the service was good. I had something with a turd and/or sensor that needed checking. After 3 hours I inquired about why it was taking do long and at that point I was talked too. Some information should have been communicated sooner. Overall experience was good.

As usual, very positive. Only problem: they forgot to change the "change Oil" sticker. (Also, this must be the 4th or 5th time I have requested information on the status of the recall for my car. The dealership has no information available.)

They got it right

I had an issue with front end shimmy in my 2017 F 250 so I took it to a local independent shop. They did not fix the problem so I took it Lilliston Ford, the dealer I purchased it from. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue with no problem.

Worst Service Department

Took my car in 3 times and they still haven't been able to fix the problem. Took 3 different people for test drives to show them the noise and all they want me to do is keep taking people for test drives. Consistently over promises and under delivers. "we'll order the part and it will be here in a few days." 3 months later, "oh, we forgot to order the part." Just one example. Will never buy a car from them nor use them for service again. Entire management staff in the service department needs to be replaced.
