Great Experience

I just purchased my 4th car from Watertown Ford. Each time I've found the sales and finance staff to be professional, honest, and courteous. I've gotten a fair price and a good deal. Moreover, I've been very happy with the vehicles I've purchased. I would highly recommend Bill Dalhbeck, my sales person, to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. The folks at Watertown Ford are top notch - they make the car buying experience enjoyable - which is no small praise.

I really had a great experience with this dealership. They were all great to work with. I saw what I wanted on line, made arrangements to test drive it to make sure my handicapped partner would be comfortable in the vehicle as well as it have enough room for a wheelchair. This is actually the first time I have bought a used vehicle. So, I am looking forward to good luck and good service in the future.

Great place

To be 100% honest this is the first good experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I went in expecting the worst, I knew what I wanted going in, and I knew the exact price that was advertised. I also knew the estimate for my trade in. I contacted them before I went in, told them what I wanted, and when I showed up they had exactly what I wanted, showed me 2 versions of it, didn't try to talk me into the more expensive model, and gave me $1,300 more for my trade in then I expected. They also came in under the expected price, and coached me how to get the best deal while using the method I wanted to use to pay for the car (I wanted to use my credit union, but I also wanted to get the Ford financing discount. They coached me on how to ask my credit union to refinance it and I was able to keep my low interest payment). Eric and his sales team were nothing but helpful, and for the first time I bought a car, and have no regrets. Thank you Eric Langmead and Watertown Ford

Quick Lane Makes Awesome a Routine Event

Walked in 04/04/16 at 0745hrs and spoke to Shawn Murphy the Quick Lane MGR. I asked for an Oil and filter change.Mr Murphy suggested the Works Pkg. for a quoted price and I agreed. I came back after work a little early 1630hrs. The car was ready and the price was the same. How can you go wrong? This is not my first service and it wont be my last. Thanks for making things easy!

We have purchased two Ford Escapes (2015 and 2016) over the last year from Watertown Ford, and we are extremely pleased with their service. We had Bill Dalhbeck guide us through the whole process of selecting and purchasing these cars, and Bill is the kind of sales staff you want to work with: very knowledgeable about each car, very pleasant, no pressure, and makes you feel he is there for you the whole time if you have any questions or need service. We are very pleased with both cars, and will absolutely go back to Watertown Ford for our next Ford car.

Amazing Service and Price

As the Director at a non-profit finding the right deal is critical to our small but significant operations. The team at Watertown Ford was amazing to work with. I found our used Ford Transit through Cars.com. Within a few hours I was contacted and eventually in a few days we were able to make the trip from NH to MA. Pat Ford who we worked with was awesome. Very friendly and informed. We loved the van and we loved the price. Al who was in financing was great to work with as well as their were some hoops he had to jump through. Ultimately Pat drove 2 hours to meet me at our Town Office here in town to register our vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service could be better.

Our invoice #156346 (March 18, 2016) service in Watertown Ford, Waltham, MA. We have taken our truck to Watertown Ford since 2013 (year we purchased our truck). We were in recently for an oil change and to fix the parking break (under warranty). It was a Friday night and when WE called at 4:30pm they said they needed it another day. Would they have called us at some point...? Why? Not sure. Was not told until we called. At this point we did not have a chance to make plans for not having a car on a very busy Saturday with 2 kids. When explained our situation, they called back with it ready. Not sure, how that happened in 30 mins. This was very upsetting. Once, we brought the truck home we found oil/grease all over the front bumper. I know I was in for an oil change but thought the service person could have been more careful. A few things have been unable to be fixed...Noise not found when taken in. Not a good feeling. We even had to stop at a dealer in PA while on a family vacation from MA. This was not a good feeling to have so far from home and on vacation. The kids did not understand all the time it took to find a dealer willing to find time to help us. This has also added to our frustration. We have owned Fords in the past but are feeling a little let down with the quality and service we are getting. But, yet we keep getting offers to buy back our truck....why, should we upgrade to a new year with the frustration we are having with the current truck(F150). Please feel free to contact me for further information. We are hoping to feel better about the FORD company in the future.

2016 Ford Fusion

I recently purchased a new 2016 Ford Fusion from Watertown Ford. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. The salesperson was friendly and helpful even taking me on a test drive in the bitter cold of February. The purchase itself took about 1.5 hours to complete which seemed quick to me. So far, the Fusion has been great and I am happy with the purchase. I would recommend this dealer :-)

I just recently purchased a new Ford Escape thru Watertown Ford. This is my second vehicle thru them. I have had great success with them. They work with the customer to get them in that new car. I was not in the market for a new car per say but after working with Sam V I left with a 2015 Ford Escape. He was a pleasure to work with. Never felt pressured to purchase the new vehicle. Goes above and beyond. Love my new Ford Escape and look forward to working with Watertown in the future.

I knew the car I wanted to get, I spoke to Shamus Gallagher on the phone and from the very first conversation, things were made simple. My wife and I showed up and the cars were already out front for the review and test drive. I asked him to give me a call the next day to finalize the details and we rapidly came to agreement on the price and trade. He was accommodating, low stress and easy to work with. The pickup / delivery of the vehicle was simple / no hassle. I would definitely go back to Watertown Ford the next time.

I usually do not go to the dealer for service for obvious reasons, however not only would I bring my vehicle back here (next week actually) but I would advise anyone reading this to also bring your car there not because they are cheaper than most places but they "Get It".

Watertown Ford is the place to go!

Two weeks ago I purchased a 2016 Ford CMax Hybrid and the folks at Watertown Ford made it a wonderful experience. I knew what I wanted. My salesman was Sam who was sincerely kind and helpful, and he did not pressure me. He was able to check with other Ford dealers and locate the ruby red color which included the options package I wanted. There was no pressure from anyone. The manager and all the staff were very friendly, including Matt, whose laugh I will never forget!! Sam even took me over to meet the staff at the Service department. Emily made me feel very special. I highly recommend Watertown Ford for their awesome customer service. Thank you everyone!

Excellent car buying experience

I highly recommend Watertown Ford to purchase any vehicle as they will put you first above the dealer and brand. After going to Stoneham Ford and Jack Madden Ford and being given extremely expensive offers, Watertown Ford pulverized their terrible deals and put me into a 2016 F150 lease. Little down payment and a monthly payment lower than I expected. I have already recommended co-workers and family to Watertown Ford and will continue business in the future.

I had an amazingly terrific experience at Watertown Ford Service. I’m from the Philadelphia area, my daughter took my new 2016 Ford Explorer Sport up to Brighton to visit some friends. My new car was brutally side-swiped while parked in Brighton. The rear axle was destroyed, and I was devastated. So I drove up to Boston to rescue my little “damsel in distress” and evaluate the damage to my brand new explorer, Heart-breaking! I had no connections in Boston, no way to get my wrecked SUV back to Kennedy Ford in PA. So I turned to Watertown Ford in a panic. I was greeted by an Angel named Malissa Mastroianni, she was patient, understanding and incredibly kind. Malissa knew exactly what to do: she sent a flat-bed truck to pick up my car and meticulously handled every detail with my out-of-state insurance company, the independent adjuster, all of the mechanical and body-shop details and kept me well informed throughout the 5-week process of my repair. More important than all of that, Malissa promised that my wrecked SUV would be “good-as-new”, and she came through with flying colors! Thank you Malissa and thank you to Watertown Ford.
