The Service Manager (Brandon) at this dealership is proficient, professional, and knows how to talk with customers. After spending over two months trying to have the spare keys delivered to where I'm staying in Canada, I was frustrated to say the least. I'd been delayed, deflected, yelled at, and ghosted by the sales department - when it turned out they basically failed to do the simplest prep and follow up. Keys were shipped in a manner that incurred nearly $140.00 and when I determined the way to correct the issue that was basically ignored. Ultimately the shipment was refused. However, the turnaround time once Brandon took control was fast, the communication efficient, and the keys were delivered within just a few days. I'd gladly work with him again.
