Dealership Service Review
The sales staff especially Matt at the time he has since been promoted is great. The service department is very lacking, and the service manager Frank is very disrespectful. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service guy says do you want to rotate the spare into the rotation as Subaru recommends it. I had never heard of this but said if it is a factory recommendation go ahead. We'll as I was driving home a couple lights lit up on the dashboard. Come to find out they did not sync the spares TPMS correctly and told me to bring it in and they will fix it or to another dealer as I live 60 miles from them. I stressed to their service manager Frank that it was their fault not mine why should I be out my time and gas that was unacceptable and I would call his boss and Subaru of America. He said call whoever you want. Then James a service advisor calls me doing a follow up and says he was checking on their service and I told him and he stated yes not many people do that so some of our guys may not know what to do. Again admitting they were wrong. They need to send a flatbed to get my vehicle and fix it on their own time and money not mine. So again beware once they sell you a vehicle the DO NOT CARE.
