I was allowed to schedule an appointment online only to find out that it wouldn’t be honored upon arrival. Was originally told 2-3 hours for service. Ended up taking 4 hours and was notified that more repairs were needed after waiting 3 hours. I was told those repairs would take an additional 1-2 hours. CP was very professional and knowledgeable. The fact that I was allowed to schedule an appointment that wouldn’t be honored and the amount of time it took to get the work complete. Along with the amount of time it took to be notified of additional repairs needed makes the experience a 1 star experience.

I recently went to this location for an oil change and recall on my truck. At first I was hesitant because when I called to schedule an appointment they informed me that they do Walk ins and told me the days and times. So I showed up the next morning first thing and I was pleasantly surprised at their response time and professional service. I was seen within a few minutes and they were able to address my oil change and recall and have me out within an hour. Wes was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process and informed me of all the things they completed at the end. I highly recommend this dealership and service advisor to anyone in the southern Maryland region. This will be my new go to place for any service needs. A Job Well Done.

My experience at Waldorf Dodge was fantastic, they really pulled out all the stops to make sure my Challenger Hellcat Redeye was repaired properly. The service advisor CP was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of what the process would be to get me back on the road. Jarrett who was the technician repairing my car quickly diagnosed the problem and even helped me some maintenance tips along the way.

This was a great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Marzell was so calm and never once pushed us to buy the truck. He engaged with us, answered questions, found the truck we wanted and made it very smooth. The manager who worked up the deal was also very relaxing, sense of humor and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. Finance again was relaxing. Explained everything. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I have bought many over the years. I think not being pressured really made it enjoyable. Thank you all for this experience and our lovely truck.
