There’s no way I would use this dealership again. They were quick to take the cash when I purchased a vehicle but they have been very slow about returning money they owe me. I bought a 2021 Jeep Renegade in September 2021. I had planned to finance with my bank and even had the check with me to make the purchase, but they were able to get a better rate going through the dealership. During the purchase I added on an extended warranty and of course GAP. Well, November 03, 2021 & December 23, 2021 I had deer run into the side of the vehicle with the last one totaling the car (finally finalized in February with insurance). Called Five Star the beginning of February and told them I needed to cancel the GAP and Extended Warranty and they informed me I have to make the 80 mile (160 mile round trip) trip to sign paperwork. I made the drive and signed the paperwork and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks to get the check in the mail. Well, we’re pass all that. They won’t return my phone calls and every time I call I get passed around and put on hold. Never again will I buy a vehicle from Five Star Automotive Group. Matt McDaniel the GM keeps telling me to get in touch with him and I’ve tried countless times only to be ignored. Finally got a hold of a new guy Grant Powers and he seems to be the only decent person in the place but it’s still early. The price he quoted me for my refund seemed to be a little lower than the first one I got back in February that I’ve never received. If I was you I’d try to find another dealership to do business with. There’s plenty of dealerships out there that care about you as person and not just about taking your money.

Buyer beware! Don't believe the CLEAR price!! I called willing to purchase a used car at the so-called "clear" price which is supposed to be the sales price INCLUDING the dealer fees. When I said I was willing to pay that clear price, I was told that there was an error in the pricing and that they would honor the sales price before the dealer fees, but not the advertised clear price. The first salesman I spoke with, William, seems like a good, honest man that understood my position and wanted to make a sale. Unfortunately it quickly went downhill from there. I got nothing but excuses as to why it wasn't false advertising and why it was some pricing company's fault that the price on THEIR website was incorrect. The finale to this disappointing experience involved a conversation with Mr. Scott (sorry - don't remember his title). After again explaining my position, I was told "we don't want your business, partner." All because I dared to simply asked them to honor their advertisement. Maybe this company should consider changing its name to "One Star Chrysler Plymouth" because that's seems to be the level of service they provide. Should you decide to do business with them, I certainly hope your experience is better than mine.
