Angry and annoyed

I only give this dealership 1 star because 0 is not an option.  Went to purchase a specific car, made and appointment with a gentleman by the name of Rich.  Took off work early to drive from NY to CT, only to find out that the car had been sold the day before.  The salesman that met me immediately knew the car was gone.  But the original salesman, RICH, WAS TRYING TO BE SLICK.  Offering me something else like I want that instead.  The Sales manager Peter Molony was very apologetic but really offered very little assistance in trying to rectify a problem.  Nothing comparable, but to his credit he did say if he found a car similar to the one I went to purchase he would call me right away.  It's a shame because all of this could have been prevented with a simple courtesy call to say the car had been sold.  Your salesman RICH should be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.  Poor management of resources, the Internet or inventory.  I will write negative reviews concerning my experience with this dealership until I receive some correspondence from someone with actual authority to fix this major mishap.  Thanks for nothing.
