onWe already canceled the deal. We met with Mark Perez and Tommy Baca and decided to seek an SUV elsewhere. We had picked a $13k SUV and were given a 12.99 apr estimate. I went out to the truck with my 2 infants and she went into finance. She ended up with a 7.54 apr so they sold her a $915 windshield protection plan, a $899 road hazard warranty on tires and a warranty that's $3700. The payment stayed relatively the same so I didn't notice until later. I'm glad we were within our 5 day 250 mile money back guarantee so we could cancel the whole deal. I guess the only advice I can give is don't let your friends or family who don't have car buying experience go into finance alone. She didn't even realize you guys hit her over the head for $5k. Just glad I caught it and got it resolved before our $13k SUV cost us $18k. Have a good one guys.
