AutoNation Subaru West

I was very pleased with my recent experience with the Service Team at AutoNation Subaru West. I called to make an appointment to have some recall items addressed and also asked if they could look at some rattling I'd been hearing. I was able to get my car in to be looked at the very next day. Every team member I interreacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. I received a call to explain the inspection findings and recommendations, including the actual cost of each step. I found the cost to be fair and appreciated the transparency. The work was completed very quickly and I was able to pick my car up earlier than anticipated and the rattling is gone!
