Over the weekend, we had the opportunity to purchase a very nice vehicle from Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT in Milwaukie. Despite having a few hiccups on our end, Giovanni and the whole Ron Tonkin team were able to provide us with our best options and make it possible for us to get the car we wanted for an unbeatable price. Giovanni was extremely helpful and kept us updated every step of the process. Giovanni also helped me set up my online account for the Jeep app. He made sure to get us a full tank of gas and have the car washed before we finalized the deal and left the lot. Zack Zepada did an excellent job in finding my dream car. It took a few tries, testing out some other options, but we eventually found it. And it was worth the wait! I definitely wouldn't have found it without his help (almost as if he knows what I'm looking for better than I do). Not only that, but he was generous enough to deliver my car to me when I was forced to drive back my previous car. What service!

It's refreshing to know that there are dealerships that you can still trust nowdays. They did not waste my time and no bs involved. The dealership worked with me fully remote since I was 4 hours away and they had the unit that I wanted in stock. Pricing was competitive (I shopped 3 different dealers) and the salesman even delivered the Jeep to me. They were patient throughout the process, transparent, and responsive.

Great until it wasn’t.

They were friendly and helpful up until my test drive, it was pouring rain and dark and the rear sunroof glass had marks on it. Specifically asked if they were cracks. And straight up lied to me saying no it’s just dirt and water. Unfortunately I tried to believe that they were honest people. Purchased my vehicle and next morning leaving hotel I looked again and nope the entire glass was cracked very badly. I confronted them and they have no care to help fix their dishonesty, the sales manager also refuses to answer me back regarding it. I decided to look at the original sales post online and sure enough whoever took photos deliberately hid the rear mirror to hide the cracked sunroof. Just irritating that people are so dishonest and couldn’t be straight up that it was cracked. I was buying a vehicle regardless I just wanted to know if it was cracked and they lied. Now I know to not trust the sales people and triple check things so I guess that’s on me.
