Bill and Tyrone listen to what you need and provide great service accordingly. Megan is a great communicator and helped make sure I had a rental car ready and waiting. I have had no reason to go anywhere else since I leased my first Healey Dodge / Jeep vehicle from Rich Clark in 2000. No gimmicks and no tricks..just straight forward advice, great customer service and making you feel as if you are part of the family.

Had the pleasure of meeting Anthony accidentally when I was having an issue with my 2012 Jeep Patriot in service, which Bill was also and is always a pleasure to work with, and asked about the 2016 Jeep Patriot because of all the letters I was receiving in the mail about Healey wanting to buy back that vehicle. Anthony was more than willing to schedule an appointment with me 2 days later to discuss my options. Anthony did everything he could to make sure that all my needs and wants were met in getting a new vehicle, as well as going about the process extremely quickly. I went to our appointment on Monday evening to only discuss my options, only to leave agreeing to pick up my new vehicle the following day. I could not have asked for better service!

Electrical Problem Solved

I brought in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit that was out of warranty with an electrical issue (battery was draining while car was off). They explained the diagnostic fee schedule which I agreed to. As they got more involved in diagnosing my car, they required more and more time. Tyrell, the Service Adviser, called several times to make sure it was ok with me for them to proceed. He explained what was done and what they were going to do next. I had several conversations with Tyrell, the Mechanic Pat, and the Service Manager Dana. They were fair and explained everything. I also contacted and dealt with Justin from Jeep Customer Care (Chrysler Care #27757304) who also spoke with Tyrell and Pat. Pat dealt with Chrysler STAR Techs also. I was not happy with having a 50k plus car with electrical issues. I was seriously considering trading this vehicle in for another make, especially if I felt I was starting to get the runaround from the service department or I was looking at large repair bill. However, I decided to let Jeep try and correct the problem. I am happy I did. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to get my car fixed and to keep me as a happy customer. Once the original problem was corrected, about two and half weeks, I found that my passenger side headlight would not work. They did their best, and made several attempts to correct it. I understand electrical issues can be a nightmare to diagnose and sometimes it is difficult to replicate the faulty condition. They stuck with it and even gave me an open invitation to stop in whenever the issue was occurring (no appointment necessary). Eventually they fixed it. The Healey Staff, namely Tyrell, and Pat, coordinated with Justin from Chrysler Customer Care and in the end, my car was fixed at no cost to me. It took about three weeks total and I had a loaner car for about a week. I can't say I have complete faith in the quality of the jeep product itself, but as frustrated as I was, I really can't complain about how Healey, or even Jeep Customer Care, handled the situation. Yes it took three weeks, lots of phone calls and waiting on hold, and shuffling cars, getting rides, a rental car, wondering if my car would ever be fixed, and worrying how much it would all cost. However, in the end the car got fixed, jeep covered the entire cost, and at no time was I made to feel like I was not important, getting the runaround, or being lied to. Tryell returned my calls and kept me informed at every step of the way. Justin called me almost every night to make sure the case was updated. They were honest when they said they found the problem, changed the part, and then admitted that the new part did not solve the problem and they were going to continue diagnosing. Pat stuck with it from beginning to end and I appreciate all his hard work. I hope jeep recognizes and rewards employees like Tyrell, Pat, and Justin. They deserve it.

The BEST experience buying a new Jeep!

From the moment we drove onto the dealership property we were treated like friends, not customers. No pushy salesmen rushing outside the second we arrived. The showroom is clean and inviting. Tim, our salesman is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and he LISTENS!!! We told him what we were looking for and how much was in the budget, he found us the perfect Jeep with more options than I thought we could afford. We took it for a test drive, when we returned Tim had already started paperwork to get us on our way. M.J. finished the deal and completed all the paperwork. He made it possible (within our budget) to purchase the extended warranty and Simonize protection . We didn't think we could do it but he made it happen!! Now George, the General Manager......there isn't enough space to write about George. He made sure everything was going well with us. He stayed on top of everything and made sure we were being taken care of. He handled the financing and got us a GREAT interest rate. After we took our new Jeep home I got a call from Tim the next morning, George secured a BETTER rate after we left. I thought it was a joke....nope, no joke!! We've had our Jeep for a week now and "buyers regret"?, the only regret we have is that we didn't go to Healey sooner... George and his whole team at Healey Chrysler Jeep are an asset to the Healey Group. I will be seeing them for my service, maintnence, and next new vehicle. GEORGE, YOUR AWESOME :)

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Richard was very helpful and easy to deal with and was able to try the best he could to get me a good deal on the vehicle I purchased. He tried to find the car I was looking for and succeeded.Richard is a very friendly person with a nice personality which made this a very pleasant experience. He took the time to demonstrate every aspect of the car with me and my wife. Rich gave us a detailed lesson on all of the features in our new automobile and how to use them. We felt very confident leaving the dealership in our new car. Rich is great at what he does and should give classes to other salespeople on how to provide excellent customer service.
