Levi was the salesperson at Autonation Chrysler/ Jeep I met with. It was overall a good buying experience as it was made so. I test drove the Jeep Cherokee Limited V4 and V6 and finally decided to buy the V6 version. Levi helped me get a great trade-in deal on my Acura.

WORST VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! Having dealt with numerous dealerships in my life, I must say this place is just awful! Condescending, insulting, deceitful and unprofessional. The 2008 Toyota I purchased from them is plagued with engine issues after putting less than 200 miles on it. I should have had an independent mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection because it would have revealed a failing engine. My vehicle quit running after 2 days, all plugs drown out from engine oil in the galleys, not good! Dirty engine oil and filter that was 2 quarts overfilled. What a mess! Sales Manager Matt Urland would not respond to my email and has the audacity to give me his office number of 000-000-0000 no less than 3 times in his correspondence. I do not need to be treated like that after giving you thousands of dollars of my hard earned money! Took 5 hours for the buying process and that was with no trade in or financing paperwork for them to navigate. As i am finally taking possession of my vehicle I get approached by a salesperson laughing "that i will be passing everything but the gas station in that thing" as he walked inside. After sale, the only interest they have in me is auto-generated emails trying to get me into their poorly rated service department to fix my lemon, no thanks! Skeevy, high-volume, corporate, get those cars out the door feel to this place for sure.

Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. Steve Kerns and Meghan Boxley have me as a customer for life. The ENTIRE process was flawless and stress free from when I pulled up until I left in my new car. There was no hassle, no stress. These two are trustworthy and had me in and out of the dealership in record time. I didn't have to set aside my entire day to get my new car. They listened to what I wanted, guided me in the right direction for what I needed, gave me options and let me choose what best suited me. Paperwork and financing was a breeze. Meghan walked me through everything, was so fun and real and honest and didn't make me feel pressured at all. They were conscious and aware that my time was important too. I have heard from both of them since purchasing my car, checking in to make sure I am happy with the new ride. These two are the ones to go see when you need a car and I will be referring them to EVERYONE. Thank you for making the car buying process one of ease.

Best car buying experience-with all the bells and whistles

I had the best car buying experience of my life with Andrew hooley at Autonation Arapahoe. I wanted something very specific which he tracked down. Another dealership said the configuration I asked for wasn't available. I then wanted a host of after-market accessories for which he helped me shop then suggested I buy and ship them to save money but he would have parts team install. I told him I'd pay for convenience so he is executing. At the finish line I needed stickers taken off and delivery to my new house four hours away and his answer was the same as throughout the process, "no problem, I can take care of that". I'm in customer service business myself and I rarely see that quality of service. Bravo Sent from my iPhone

First of all, I was NOT shopping for a Jeep! I have had a Wrangler before and loved it. I did plan to purchase a Jeep someday. For fun after dinner I took my children to look at Jeeps. Cody Monteque, my amazing salesman, had a few questions for me about my wants and needs as far as a Wrangler goes. He comes to me with 2 Jeeps that he felt would make me happy. When he pulled up in the first Jeep, I was in love! Still in my head I was only "Window Shopping," not planning to buy! The drive was amazing and I loved it. I honestly was not expecting anything to come of this. Cody worked hard on my offer. I had NO trade in and not a lot to put down because, like I said, I was not planning to purchase a Jeep! There were 3 offers and one was appealing but I really was not satisfied with my payment. Cody introduced me to Bob Colwell who was more than willing to address my concerns. Both of these gentlemen spent lots of time with me! I honestly felt bad because I did not want to waste their time! Bob allowed me to borrow the Jeep over night. The payment was still an issue for me! I was set on just returning the Jeep. When I met Cody the next day and explained that I just could not do it he completely understood and asked if he could work on my offer some more. Bob even came over and asked me what payment I was looking at that would seal the deal. To my surprise they were able to get my payment to were I was comfortable so I signed on the dotted line but there was still financing. As I waited for Ms. Betty Chen to work on my paperwork I started feeling a little nervous. Why was it taking her so long? Am I not approved? To clarify, I do not have amazing credit! When I finally made it into Betty's office she first apologizes for taking so long but she had been working with the bank on lowering my interest rate even more for me since I am trying to rebuild my credit. She was able to get the interest rate down another 4 % for me. I also left with warranties for the important parts of the jeep like the motor and windshield and oil changes. Yes, I am aware that I paid for that but I left with a since of security in my purchase and a payment and interest rate that I am pleased with. These people were amazing! It was a big decision and I truly did not feel the pressure that I have experienced at past dealerships. I had an amazing experience working with Cody, Bob and Betty and I drove off in my dream SUV, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport!

Terrible Experience

I have bought 3 Jeeps through Centennial Chrysler Jeep over the last 9 years and have always been a very satisfied customer who loves to go back. We went back to purchase our 4th new Jeep and learned that AutoNation took over the dealership. We ended up buying a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles but it had some small obvious problems when we took the truck on a test drive. We said if they could fix the leak, the windshield wipers, and headlight we would go ahead with the transaction. They insisted they would take care of everything, and we could take the car home that night. I didn't want the car until they fixed everything, but for some reason they insisted on taking the car right then and there. The next morning the car died on me leaving me in the middle of the intersection during rush hour traffic. Turns out the leak I asked them to fix was transmission fluid, and the car would just stall out to prevent overheating the engine. I had to get the car towed back to the dealership, and they stuck me in a rental car for 2 weeks while they fixed my "new" car, when all I wanted was my old Jeep back. After getting the new Jeep fixed the Navigation system had been wiped out because of a software issue. I asked if they could put it back on and they assured me they would take care of it. I brought the car back about a month later to get the navigational system re-installed and after a 2 hour wait in the lobby the service rep comes out and asks me "who promised me that it would get taken care of?". I of course got upset that I had been waiting for 2 hours and they were still trying to figure out how to authorize the software. I provided the name of the salesman, and the name of the Service Manager that promised it would be taken care of, and they told me that unless I got it in writing there is nothing they could do. I played voicemails, and showed them text messages from their service team promising me that they would fix the problem, and yet since I didn't have anything in writing for their mistake, they would not honor re-installing the navigational system. We paid for the feature in the price of the car, yet they wouldn't install it?? That my friends is how you lose business and burn a long loyal customer. I always gave Centennial Chrysler Jeep 5 Stars on all of my reviews, but AutoNation's new management and broken promises will never get a star from me again.

Textbook example of why NOT to by a domestic car

This was a second chance for your dealership. In what should have been an easy diagnosis and fix, you managed to muck it up worse than I could've imagined. Zero communication to the customer. Zero proactiveness (I was told that the loose bolts were a safety issue and I had to get a manager involved just to ensure you tightened them). Zero success at fixing the one major reason I came in. As soon as I picked up my Jeep (a day later), it made the same noise that prompted me to come to you for a solution. This single experience (the second of deplorable visits from this dealership) has turned me off of anything Chrysler.

Great 1st time car buying experience!

I purchased a certified preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee from Meghan at Autonation about three weeks ago. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everything ran smoothly! This was my first time purchasing a car so I had NO idea where to begin. Meghan talked me through the process step by step. I felt confident in my purchase because I had 3 days to return the vehicle without penalty... That way I could really make sure I was getting the best deal. When I originally test drove this vehicle the rear tire was going flat. Meghan assured me she would take care of it and she did. The next day everything was fine and I took the car home. Over the next several days the tired continued to go flat. Of course, just my luck... I was now passed my 3 day return guarantee and my first car purchase made a turn for the worst. I reached out to Meghan and she said they would take care of everything. Turns out the rear tire had a nail in it that punctured the firewall and BOTH of my back tires had to be replaced... Autonation took care of the bill no questions asked. The only unfortunate part about this whole situation was the multiple trips to the dealership and waiting at the service center, but since this incident happened last minute all of the delays are expected and understandable. Overall I had a great experience at Autonation thanks to Meghan! I LOVE my new car!

I was given an expectation that someone would call during the day to tell me what the work that needed to be done. I was lead to believe that the work would be done that day. Nobody called. So I called, and nobody knew if the car had been looked at. So then someone goes and looks and discovers.....instantly....that the car needed the brakes machined and that it would be done the next day. Overpromised, and under delivered.

After my car was done being serviced, I didn't get any feed back regarding my car. I was not told if my fluid leves were ok or something was needed, I was told if my tires were ok and if I need new breaks....which I think I do. The only thing I was told I was fee to go and my car was outside.
