Starting at the test drive to signing the bottom line they made our experience enjoyable and seem less! Canan had the car spotless and ready to go when we showed up for the test drive. Tony answered all the financial questions I had and even looked up dinner information for me and Julie made the closing process so easy and enjoyable. I was even able to speak with Chad, the service mgr and Dave Fager, the GM and they are both incredibly nice and helpful as well. I can literally go anywhere and buy a Chevy, but I can't go anywhere and work with a quality team of people like this. Very seldom have a found a business, any business, that functions so well and is one hundred percent customer focused. Yes, Canan has even reached out after the sale to check on us as well! They made my bride's life long dream of owning a convertible come true and more than that they made it a wonderful experience that we will not soon forget! Thank you Joe Bowman team, y'all rock!

Amazing Service

I recently was in town visiting my daughter at university. My GMC’s brakes were shot. We went to Chevy dealership in Harrisonburg and had a great experience. Brandon was awesome. He explained everything in detail that was wrong with the car and fixed it within a day. Thank you!!

I was having an issue with my car and I contacted the service department at Joe Bowman. I spoke to a man named Brandon multiple times that morning. I couldn't seem to get a part that day from the local parts stores and I was stressing about how I was going to get to/from work, etc. especially with kids. Brandon said they had the part(s) I needed in stock. He squeezed me in for that day and was phenomenal the whole way. He explained everything to me. He understood my concerns. I can't say enough about my recent experience there. I'm so glad it worked out the way it did. AGAIN, Brandon was phenomenal!! Thank you so much for all of your help! I really appreciated the great customer service and everything you did for me! Keep up the great work!
