No Tire Rotation

I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2019 Silverado and everything went well except I was told I couldnt get my tires rotated because I have aftermarket wheels. Although the service was good and Mr. Valencia was a great service writer and provided a car wash gift card as substitute, I was told it was store policy that Jones Chevy doesnt rotate aftermarket wheels because of past experiences. Ultimately, I wont be able to keep coming to Jones Chevy if they are not able to rotate aftermarket wheels because I do not want to go to two places for an oil change and tire rotation. I like having my truck serviced by a Chevy dealer though.
