On 10/17/2014, I went in to officially purchase a Chev Camaro. I had previously spoken with Bruce Parker when I'd step on the used car lot back in August 2014. So, naturally, I was going to have him as my salesperson. Make a long story short, with Bruce it really was about what would make me happy and not make his wallet fatter. Thanks Bruce! Job well done.

Fantastic job by the Ryan team! Mike Collins worked with my family and me to find the right vehicle in our budget to meet our needs. He was courteous, professional and a joy to work with. Blaine and Josh in the financing department took the mystery out of the car purchase experience and made it simple to understand. Love the Equinox!

My husband and I were downsizing to a smaller SUV from a GMC Yukon XL and wanted a new Equinox. We loved our big ride but we were becoming empty nesters. We went to several dealers and after visiting Ryan Chevrolet in Monroe, LA, we were able to get what we wanted. We were satisfied with the car purchase deal and are really happy we bought an Equinox. Our salesman Chad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I really love the car and it's equipment. Really good car for the money. Has great gas mileage, avg 28 on eco mode. We got the brownstone leather, with it's luxurious look, and the seats feel great. Very easy to park and love the backup camera. Great car and great buying experience.

horrible experience

If I could leave a negative review I would. We were repeatedly lied to by our salesman Chris, and his customer service skills were horrible. Gordan the manager tried to make things better on our end by offering us a couple tanks of free gas and repeatedly apologized for Chris lieing to use which was good untill we were told they would be delivering our vehicle today and when he got here Chris didn't say one word to me just handed me the keys and left. I just spent A LOT of money on a vehicle and he could even shake my hand and say thank you?? What kind of customer service is that?? Not only will I never ever shop at Ryan Auto group. I Will NEVER EVER RECOMMENDED this place!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales team at Ryan were the best I have ever worked with! Bryan spent a lot of time ensuring I bought the right Camaro for me. Dave gave us a fair trade in value for our Vue and Blaine provided a painless and relatively quick contract signing experience. We will definitely be returning to Ryan again and again to purchase or lease new cars!
