Yukon Denali purchase

I purchased a vehicle from out of state. I sent a driver to get the vehicle over night after making arrangements with the salesman after 5 pm as he would not send me the buyers agreement over the two days prior in a timely fashion just to be told at 9 am the paperwork could not be completed same day and that the dealership would only accept cash NO WIRE from any of three financial institution options I offered. Very difficult to do business with in 2023 and when I received the vehicle there was a sensor not in place which is clearly not in place in the dealer stock photos online which tells me the vehicle was not properly inspected prior to selling to the public. Their response “it is under warranty.” Needless to say the salesman and his boss Jackie were right I should have bought else where, just as they told me.

Amazing

I was very pleased with my experience of buying a car. It did not feel like the usualfor car dealerships. Everyone from the Receptionist, Finance, and salesman from the moment they called on the phone til the very end went above and beyond to make it hassle free. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a great vehicle with exceptional customer service to go here. Cant think Derek James enough He was Amazing!!!!

The sales team (Anthony Campo) was very helpful in ordering my vehicle, helpful with the follow up, and helpful with the final paperwork. The Sales manager (Brandon Blades) was also very helpful.

Faster than expected and complete

The service appointment for the extensive service of 100,000 miles was faster than was expected and the service was complete and thorough. Highly recommend the service department to others.
