Why can't they all be this way?

I know quite a bit about automobiles, and I have had many experiences sitting across a desk at dealerships. The internet is a wonderfully useful tool, aiding the buyer in a myriad of ways. Despite all the help your computer may bring you, one can not know what experience you might have until you walk into the dealership. Believe you me, I have seen it all- the baloney, the slick deals and double talk. I say I have seen it all because today I have finally had the experience of dealing with a place I would have no hesitation sending my daughter or good friend. I know all the tricks salesmen pull. I know all about the happy handshakes and homespun hokem the "friendly" dealer deals to the unsuspecting sap. At Bob Stephens Motors, there was none of that stuff. Simply put, these are good, honest guys. I knew the price that would be fair for the car I was looking to buy, as well as what my trade-in was really worth. The figure my salesman, Paul Roling quoted me right off the bat was exactly what I had determined to be the best I could hope for. That's it- deal done. And they didn't screw me around on the interest rate either, which, more often than not, is the stunt a dealer will try in order to maximize profit. I traveled two and a half hours to find just the right car, and wound up finding hands- down the best dealer to boot. Who could have thunk it? The reason I write this review is because they have earned it!
