New truck and I'm happy

Our rep, Christy, was amazing from beginning to end. There was a delay for delivery from the factory, but Christy gave weekly updates. We even had chances to discus options once the truck was delivered. When it came to processing the numbers, Ken was OK. He pretty much blew through the paperwork as quickly as he could. We would've added more features but he didn't explain too well and again, went very fast. These weren't must haves just more of the nice to have. The other gentleman, Arthur was a stand up guy. We went back and forth with a trade in and we came to a number that was happy for us both.
