Fritts Ford

I have tried on 2 occasions to purchase a car from this dealership, and both time was (un)lucky enough to get stuck with John Beard. My husband & I went there to try to take advantage of the cars for clunkers opportunity and we filled out the paperwork, John took off with it and there we sat for 3 hours... He would prance by every now and again and just carry on like we were not there. We finally got hungry enough and left. I tried to contact him after that a couple of times to no avail. Then I called and spoke to 2 different sales managers and was promised call backs and got nothing. Now here is my main problem, once you run your credit at one Ford dealership you can not just up and go to another dealership and try there to get the service you need and deserve. You are stuck to deal with the dealership that had just ran your credit, and they must have known that and just did not care. Now my husband and I do not have the best credit, nor do we have the worse, it is fair / good. I dont know what it was with them, but thanks to them we were not able to take advantage of cars for clunkers. We have although gone to another dealership (5 months has passed) and we know have the 2010 Ford Ranger we wanted.... I dislike Fritts ford so much it is going to hurt to even take our new truck to them for service. But I will smile and wave as we go by in our new truck!!!!
