They make you feel taken care of -- Sohee has always made sure to have the car we want to see ready for a test drive before we get to the dealer, and she's done lots of things to make our family feel like a valued customer. She respects our time, is super professional, well informed about products, and makes sure we feel like we have everything we need, know what we need to know, and just feel completely satisfied. And the finance staff is super friendly, no high pressure, and work hard to give a fair deal. The thing I always tell friends is that once you've made a decision on what car you want, from the time you submit any info for leasing/financing to when you have the keys in hand is quicker than I've experienced at any other dealer, be it ones from Toyota, Scion (when it was around), Acura, and Ford, among others.
