I have been to this dealership in the past and dealt with other sales persons before but non stand out as Wael Azzam. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle with him, he he was attentive, informative and above all genuinely caring. Watch these people for up-charging without asking (they just add overpriced items without consent), aggressively trying to sell every “service” they can, and just taking hours to do anything. I bought a car with them, so I’m not saying don’t use them.. just be really careful.

Choose a different BMW dealership

Initially had a great purchasing experience. However, it has come to light my CPO’d, clean CARFAX vehicle, leaks exterior water into the footwell through the rear door vapor barrier that was damaged in an undisclosed accident. According to another BMW dealership, the vehicle shouldn’t have passed CPO inspection, as there is also visible body damage. I have reached out to six members of BMW of Beverly Hills’ management team, including General Manager Sean Ramezani, and have received zero responses. Horrible customer service; I expected better from a BMW dealership.

The sales person who worked with me, Amin, was truly a professional BMW pro ! Every detail he shared with me helped me make my decision to buy from Beverly Hills BMW. I have purchased (4) BMW 750's over the years from various dealerships and I had a few other cars I was looking at before I made the commitment to buy the one from Amin. He treated me with respect from start to finish, didn't try to bombard me with options he knew I didn't need and honored what he said he would do for me. Getting me in and out in under 2 hours was also like a gift as we all know how long it can take to complete the deal.
