AutoNation Toyota Irvine

We recently purchased a 2014 Prius V 5, which we totally love. Being that it was out first Hybrid car, our salesperson Cindy L., was very patient explaining the system, dashboard, controls, etc. We used the Costco car purchasing program, which as advertised, was smooth and haggle-free. Our only disappointment came when we were escorted to the finance dept. for the "hard sell" of the warranty packages. We had not bought a new car for several years, so were unprepared for the pitch. Jae L. was pleasant enough, but he was all business, and really made the end of our car buying experience uncomfortable. Other than the hard-sell finance dept, Auto Nation Irvine was great to work with. Raid was great going over the payment options with us. I would recommend this dealership for a smooth transaction and pleasant, dedicated sales staff.
