Our car's battery dies the night my wife went into labor. We scrambled to do all we could, and were able to get the car in just in time. They totally took care of us, they gave us a rental, and even called me the next day to tell me not to worry about returning the rental "on time" because "family came first." It does, and their ability to notice that, and go out of their way to take care of us was exactly what we needed at the time. When I was able to return the vehicle it was actually quite funny, because it felt like a Nascar pit-stop with how fast everyone moves to get me in and out so that I could get back to my Wife and newborn child. I can not thank all the staff there enough for what they did for us, and for the waves and cheers they gave as I drove off back to the hospital. It was great. They were great. I will continue to do business with them because of that very experience. We all live in the real world. In the real world unexpected things happen. Community Chevrolet in Burbank took care of my family and I when those things happened. That's "family" to me.
