Deceptive or Incompetent
I found a truck I was interested in: a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD with a service body. I was in touch with the dealer for about a week, when I noticed that new dealer incentives made the price of the truck very attractive. I sent another email to Amanda Duffy, who supposedly verified the price and asked me to come in as some rebates were to expire the following business day. I came in that same day, spent a couple of hours checking out the truck (and waiting), just to find out that the price of the truck is actually $8,000 more than advertised or verified. Their contention is that the price of the truck was correct, they just "forgot" to include the "upfitter" of the regular bed to service body. They would not honor the advertised price and declined to accept the responsibility for their omission and misrepresentations. Very disappointed. Will not shop there again. Beware...just because you verify the price does not guarantee that this would be the actual price of your new vehicle. Deceptive or incompetent....either way, I will not shop here again.
Top Notch Dealership
From the moment we walked in until we left with our new vehicle the next day, every aspect of the experience was exceptional. In particular, Ben Shoolin is fantastic. His knowledge and desire to fulfill all our requirements really made this the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. O'Neil Buick / GMC has secured a repeat buyer.

Throttle body repair
My experience was great! I feel that the service technicians take time to explain the problems with my vehicle. I have been told that they tend to charge women more than men for the same problem - but I do hope that is strictly conjecture that has no basis of truth. My only concern is that, lately, I have been experiencing major problems with my vehicle. These problems have been quite expensive and they seem to be happening more frequently. Just in the last few weeks, I've spent close to $1000. I also spent quite a considerable amount of money last year with problems related to the Malfunction Display Light (aka Check Engine Light). So this is not a problem with O'Neil but with General Motors. I am really beginning to re-think this choice in vehicles.
As usual your service advisor took real good care of me. I usually work with Dave. He was busy this visit, so Mike. He got me in & out in good time. The only thing I was not happy with was my car was NOT washed!!
The person I spoke with on the phone went out of the way to accommodate my crazy schedule so I could get my Terrain in for an oil change. Car was clean when it comae back. Just wish fluids were topped off.

I dealt with Amanda, Robert, Frank and Matt and the deal, the service, the follow up and the entire experience was absolutely first class from start to finish. I started with 9 dealers and when all was said and done O'Neill was victorious because of the way these people did business. Great job and great purchasing experience!

service at O'neil GMC
Scott and Todd along with the tech attempted to fix the tire problem on my 2015 GMC Canyon for the second time . The simple conclusion is that the brand new Goodyear tires are defective. The guys tried their best and hopefully we can bring this problem to a successful conclusion soon.

Everyone was very helpful and did their best to get us the right price with all the features we had hoped for. Walked in around 2pm and left with a new vehicle at 5:30pm.

2014 GMC Sierra
As I was shopping for a new truck, I worked with several local dealerships in order to find the right vehicle and price. Not only did O'Neil Buick GMC, go the extra mile to find the vehicle I wanted, the agreed price was significantly better than any of the other dealerships I visited. i intend to recommend O'Neil to any of my family, friends and associates if they are in the market for a new vehicle. The sales professional who I worked with, Brian Kimmey, was also outstanding to work with. brian listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver a vehicle that met all of my expectations.
Every time I go to O'Neil GMC to have my car serviced, I get the feeling that all the staffers have my safety in mind. I received an appointment to fix the ignition switch in my car that had been the subject of a recall, without having to keep on calling and getting the runaround. Service is excellent, especially James and Scott. They are truly fantastic people, highly knowledgeable, patient and take their time explaining what was done to the car, and what needs to happen next. I'm truly happy with my car and with O'Neil.
