I'm the type of customer that does not normally enjoy salesman of any kind. I must say this experience was just the opposite. When I went in, I told the sales person what I wanted as well as what I didn't want, therefore the deal went smoothly and quickly. It was a pleasure.

You have been warned! [non-permissible content removed] No customer service they treat customers as though they are a joke. Ready to take your money and then leave you hanging high and dry. Purchased a brand new 2016 Audi (a $60,000 vehicle) and Suburban Collection ILLEGALLY refused to honor warranty claims. Reported their dealer license and repair license to State of Michigan I suggest all others who are having the same problem with this stealership do the same.

I had a great salesman who answered all of my questions and was constantly keeping me up to date with the details and expected delivery of my vehicle. Audi S5 35K Service

from the moment I drove into the Service Garage I felt important. I was greeted immediately and escorted to one of 3 Service Desks to coordinate everything. This aspect was both timely and efficient. In short order I was handed copies of all work to be performed and handed the keys to the courtesy vehicle that had been scheduled in advance. Later this same day, I was notified that all items had been completed and I dropped back to the Dealership in the mid-afternoon to de-breif, collect all necessary supporting documents, and my car (nicely washed and prepared).

Fast and Efficient

Have 10 year old Audi that has been serviced at this facility many times with good results. Decided to bring it back for a major service check due to the mileage. Found the service advisor to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Provided a loaner without hesitation. Could I have taken the car elsewhere,at a less expensive rate? Probably! However, these guys know Audi and I didn't want an inexperienced technician experimenting on my vehicle. The upfront cost was a hard pill to swallow, however, going elsewhere may have been cost me more. Driving off the lot, there was an immediate difference and I am confident this vehicle will last another 125K miles. Money well spent.

Hopefully getting better

There wasn't much to do, it was only the very first service for the car and I was promised they get it done within 3 hours. It took them a lot more and I tried to call and ask about my car in the evening but nobody took the call. Only the next day I got informed that my car can be picked up again. Furthermore I asked for an estimate to repair a deep scratch at the door. That's when I learned that they don't do bodywork. But nobody bothered to give me the name of the shop they work with.

After visiting three (3) dealers and reviewing cars and prices, the Suburban sales team did a great job in providing me with the car I wanted at a competitive price. Customers want to feel special and that their money is being well spent. One way to keep customers coming back and bringing new business is exceptional customer service. Aaron S at Audi of Farmington Hills demonstrated exceptional customer service, which influenced me in purchasing an Audi A7. I recommend that if you go to this dealership, ask for Aaron S. He is a great salesperson that really looks out for the customer. This is why I give this review a rating of 5.

Fantastic Purchase Experience w/ Aaron S of Audi Farmington Hills

Often times going to the dealership can be a very stressful experience but that is definitely not the case with Aaron S as your salesman. My family and I went to Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills to purchase our first Audi and on our first visit we didn't quite find what we were looking for in terms of pricing, interior/exterior coloring, and vehicle features. Aaron spent quite some time with us ensuring that we would be 100% happy with our purchase so with the end result we didn't get the vehicle. However, Aaron took note of our wants and needs and when the "Perfect" vehicle came into the dealership I received a call almost a month later asking if I was still in need of a vehicle - I am so happy with my A6 purchase and that he took the time to keep my vehicle request in mind. This dealership treats you like family from the moment you walk in and Aaron S especially pays attention to the details and wants to ensure your happiness of your purchase. Horrible sales experience

I wanted to share my experience when I went to consider purchasing a new or a pre-owned Audi. I think the manager was rude. I went in to the dealership and asked about a 2009 new Audi. The first person said they had no brochures, but has a 2009 Audi. Took me to the second person, who supposedly dealt with pre-owned Audis. He said he has no Audi A6 (that was the one I was looking for). Then takes me to the manager who asks me "how much money are you willing to spend". I was totally ticked off by that question. I asked "what do you mean?" and he said " ok, we are done". I dont know what he meant by that. But I just walked out. In retrospect, I think, he looked at me and saw me dressed casually ( which I was as the dealership is two blocks from my house). And they judged me and decided to ignore me. I could not believe it. In these bad economic times, when dealerships are closing everywhere, I would think, they would want to hold on to every customer that comes, but it seems like for this dealership, it is not the case. Guess what, they just lost a customer, my next car will be an Audi in one month. I WILL NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD. THERE ARE OTHER AUDI DEALERSHIPS ELSEWHERE.
