New Blazer Purchased but Damage

After waiting 9 months for our Blazer to be delivered, the vehicle had damage on the bumper and the paint had a bubble and a ding on the door. After 3 attempts to have the vehicle fixed with the body shop the bumper still has a noticeable scratch. A brand new vehicle should be in brand new condition when purchased.

I recently purchased my 2011 camaro and I was very satisfied with the way I was treated at heiser. Greg Koss my salesman was very helpful. I didn't get unwanted calls or a salesman just trying to make a sale. I simply told him what I wanted and he found it. T,hank you the whole heiser team.

I worked with Greg (you can't miss his fancy pants) when I bought my Volt. He is very knowledgeable about electronic vehicles and made what is usually a long, boring, sales process fun. Thanks for making this purchase my easiest car buying experience ever. Make sure to ask him about his pizza recipes.

I called at 2PM to see how busy they were to see if I could get an oil change. I was told that I could get right in at 2:30. I said to schedule me and I'd be right there. I got there at 2:20 and waited 20 minutes to be told there was a 45 minute wait. REALLY!!!

BAD SERCICE, NO KNOWLEDGE

I got Mitsubishi Evolution, purchased with a bumper to bumper Warranty and day after transaction called them wiper sprayer doesn't work and they make up the story about intercooler being aftermarket, I told 'em I got warranty on the car they said CAN NOT fix cause it is Mitsubishi. ( fix it myself, dinn't have anything to do with intercooler) Week after got a courtesy follow up call but when I call back(even went there in person) that I noticed some other problem with the car they never called me back. I'll never step foot in this dealer despite the fact I got some free maintenance coupons

I paid too much for the car, but that's my fault for not doing homework. They tried delivering the car dirty & with oil splashed on it. They washed it and I did a further inspection and found small, dried spots of some sort of chemical all over the car. Their lot guy tried scraping off the spots WITH HIS FINGER NAIL!!! The roof was full of fine scratches from them scraping snow off. Never again!
