    8am brought my 2019 Yukon XL in to service Transmission both differentials and transfer case, oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection Was told it would take 2-3 hours. 11:39 Texted their system to see if car was done-recieved no response 12:18pm called service dept told they are working on it and they will contact me when done 2:23pm called service dept again and was told the guy was working on 2 cars at the same time and he will have mine finished in 30 minutes They would send someone to pick me up at 3pm I live 10 minutes away 3:30 I'm in service dept one other customer was being helped by the rep that was handling my car. The other 2 service reps were at their desks, never bothered to say anything to me for a while or even offer to help me until I finally got eye contact with the rep named Jason. I said I was there to pick up my Yukon and he turned to my rep who was still helping another client. She told him my paperwork was in the basket. He grabbed it and walked me to the counter to pay. He gave no explanation of what was done or breakdown of the charges as is customary when picking up a car. When the clerk told me the amount of almost $1000, I decided I wanted an explanation or understanding from the service dept. So I walked back to service dept but my rep was not at her desk, so I addressed the rep at the next desk, Jason. I asked if there was any reason he did not go over the paperwork with me. He said didn't my rep do that. I said no. I said I was told it would take 2-3 hours and that was 7 1/2 hours ago. the only communication I had was they are working on it and He is working on 2 cars at the same time. Jason replied she will be back shortly. I waited a few minutes and became impatient, so I went back to the cashier's desk and paid the bill. I walked back to the service dept to see if my rep had returned. She had not but Jason had his back to me and was talking to the other rep. He said with an attitude "It's not my problem Don't F*cking complain to me" Jason then turned around and saw me. I said "I heard that. I am never coming back here again. I am done with Boucher GMC!" and left. It should be noted that Jason has been there several years and my interactions are never pleasant with him. He is annoyed half the time whenever asked questions. In fact about 4 years ago when I had my engine replaced (under warranty) I had a disagreement with Jason. When I picked up the Yukon he was going over the paperwork. The paperwork had stated it was a rebuilt engine. They had my car for many months stating they were trying to locate a new engine which was difficult (covid times) They entire time they always stated new engine. Not once did they mention a rebuilt engine. So when I stated that to him Jason point blank told me a rebuilt engine is a new engine. We argued and he was insistent and arrogant. I may be a woman but I am not ignorant,. Calling a rebuilt engine new is like calling a refurbished appliance new or remodeled home new. It simply isn't true. It is "like new" but it is not new. I cannot believe Jason continues to hold a job in customer service. We will not be returning to any of the Boucher car dealerships. I had continued to give them a chance but I am done. I hope this helps others avoid the aggravation I have experienced
  • Horrible Buying Experience!

    We purchased a 2025 pickup from Boucher GMC. The vehicle was outside in bad lighting when we picked it up so a detailed inspection was difficult. Several scratches were discovered upon inspection at our home. Three body shops looked at the truck and were shocked that a dealership would sell a new vehicle in that condition. Initially the sales manager acted like this was our fault. Eventually Boucher took care of the issues but were very arrogant through out the process. The last comment from the sales manager was "have a good life"!
  • Totally screwed by this unsafe vehicle

    I have a 2021 (leased new) I have had that vehicle in the shop for more than 4 months and counting. 3 weeks between contacts and 6 weeks without my truck. Environmental Control always comes on, but they count it as separate issues.. Zero communication, zero updates, and severe disrespect to the GMC owner. I have no truck and no support. All I want is a new lease that works and that I can continue to pay. If anyone wants my calendar of contact and nonresponse, I am happy to provide it. I want a truck that works and to pay for it. I feel like a POS.

  • Get a Carfax Report even when buying NEW!

    I recently bought a "new" Buick SUV (enclave) in August of 2021...I bought the car as a NEW vehicle and thus assuming it was a "NEW" vehicle. It was until very recently where a friend who works at another dealership, looked up our VIN number and told me that the car had an accident report on it. I was SHOCKED as it was NEVER disclosed to me at the time of the transaction that the "NEW" vehicle I was buying actually had an accident on it. When we contacted Boucher to ask why this was never disclosed, the response was "you never asked". This is not how you do business with your clients. They did not try to make the situation "RIGHT" at all. When we asked for them to buy the vehicle back we were given a very low trade value--disappointing to say the least as we will now have to live with a car that not only has an accident on it, but also a lower trade value...so in the end we lost money and have a car with an accident on it. Very shady business practice and disappointing to say the least.

    Nick Majeske is awesome! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Helped me through the process with no pressure and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Everyone at the dealership is fantastic and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Boucher for their vehicle needs!

    I worked with Tony R. on a purchase of a new Buick Enclave. Everything went well, he was very knowledgeable of all of the vehicles and was very helpful in getting me the payments I wanted. Andrea in the finance department was also great with getting the finance going, explaining additional coverage, and getting us the options needed. This was also late on a Saturday evening after the dealership was already closed and we were not rushed at all.

    My search for a newer truck started with an AutoTrader.com where I found a 2011 GMC Extended cab and 2011 Chevy Crew cab of interest. I sent several E-Mails to Nathan L. regarding these vehicles and he was very responsive with answers. When I went Boucher GMC to look at them it was 12/31/12 and a very busy day. Nathan was very attentive and helpful in looking at the used vehicles. After test driving both trucks, he showed me a new 2013 GMC Extended cab truck in white, which is the only color I was interested in. Nathan did a good job of representing me to his manager throughout the negotiations. He had to juggle phone calls and visits from other customers. Thoughout the 5 hours I was in the dealership, Nathan treated me very well. Andrea from the finance group was also very helpful. She worked quickly to get me a very good interest rate for the new truck. She acted very professionaly and was fun to work with as well. During all the paper signing, Andrea did a great job of reprsenting Boucher. She also represented me to her management during a negotiation on extended warranty. I am thankful for that attention, professionalism and freindly atmosphere throughout the dealings. Boucher group has long been a supporter of auto racing and that had an influence on me travelilng 80 miles to work wiht them. I appreciate the support of auto racing and the way they dealt with me.
