Buying a used car made simple

Bought a 2923 CPO Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Brookfield,thing is, I live in Virginia. First time buying a car online. They are a wonderful dealership with a great sales staff. First contact was with Branden Morris. He connected me with Alan Zinda the internet Sales Manager. Could not have asked for a better person to deal with!! He made the whole process of buying a car online seamless. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and helped walk me thru the purchase. Helped me set up transport of the car to Virginia. Even answering calls on his off days. Also there was Vanessa in finance, she handled all the paperwork for the purchase and got it out to me in a timely fashion. All in all I;m am totally satisfied with this dealership and all the people I dealt with.

Alan zinda was my salesman he was great to work with at dealer ship and through the little quarks I had after purchasing the car. Would definitely recommend him and his team at lexus of brookfield. There was absolutely no push on any vechile sales.

Al Zinda and Lexus for the Win!

Excellent Sales experience. Al Zinda won us over from another dealership. Al was able to find us a car that matched everything we were looking for. He beat the Lincoln dealer and put us in a 2024 Lexus 350 . We are extremely happy with the process. Al was professional, kind and honest.

Al and Kevin were very patient when our commercial insurance quote took a little while to get back from underwriting. Flashy New Lexus 350RH

Its a little too early to review the vehicle since I just picked it up last night, but so far it seems awesome. Al Zinda did a great job initially getting me introduced to the car and explaining packages. It was a hectic day closing, partly due to my being late, but everything went smoothly. I appreciated Al's easy going, not pushy attitude. Meeting his manager was good and the finance women also explained everything well.
