Amazing staff and super quick service! There was no messing around with price and didn't come back with "more work" that had to be done. They were honest and tgey go by what GM says to do, not what they feel should be done like most dealerships.

Fantastic Sales experience!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a larger vehicle with pre-approved financing. We worked with Joel Grey and he offered some great advice on pre-approvals and what they had to offer. Joel showed us as many vehicles as we wanted to look at and gave us time and privacy to test drive two of them. We ended up picking a used car loaded with great features and Joel was able to beat our approved APR by 5%!

Waste of time

Sales staff was good, but sat around for 4 hours trying to purchase two cars only to go in and hear what magic the finance guy had worked, as he then explained they were giving me $2000. for my trade in a 2003 avalanche 2500 4x4 which low trade in value is $5000. good is$7700. Thanks for wasting my time and the hits on my credit, you could have insulted me hours before and not wasted any of our time and my credit score. From this experience I think any one would be offended, holy cow I was going to buy two cars way to be pro customer. If you want to be taken advantage of then here is your place.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Grey's. Salesman Eric H. was very pleasant to work with, even walked my dog for me (that I left in my old car) while I had a used car inspection at a mazda dealer done on the used vehicle I was considering! Eric and his manager listened to my input and the recommendations raised by the inspection and were pleasant and quick to negotiate with. I felt I was treated very fairly and there were no games. It was a genuinely painless and po ss itive experience.

BUYER BEWARE! Go to Haselwood!

Purchased our Chevy Cruze from Mark N. at Grey Chevrolet October 2013. The car shouldn't have been sold to us as it was under recall for the half shaft repair. Fixed it the first time in November. 2nd recall announced in March, they did not bother to call us. Instead we called them to have the car inspected and it needed the repair again. We were told by their service department it was completely safe to drive. LIE! The half shaft broke and sent my son and I backwards down a hill. They told lie after lie about the part and even forged our initial work order paperwork to make it appear as though the recall work had been done the day we bought it, sadly for them that was a Sunday and they had no service employees there that day. We have received NO apology, etc from them. Instead, rudeness, condescension, and just blatant disrespect of being ignored. The car NEVER should've been sold to us in October AND they NEVER should've allowed us to drive it off their lot after the 2nd recall was announced. They obviously do not care about their customers. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them. I DO recommend Haselwood in Bremerton. They handled the repairs and were honest and up front with us the whole time.

Best Car Experience Ever

I had the absolute hands down best experience from Eric H. and Paul as well as both the finance gentlemen that helped me at Grey Chevrolet. After being pushed around other dealerships, my fiancé and I decided to go out to Grey after hearing how amazing they were from a friend. I should have come to Grey first before ever going to any other dealership. They were not only nice and very helpful, but never once tried to steer me in the wrong direction. They listened to what I was looking for and my wants and needs and delivered flawlessly. I could not ask for a better experience for buying my first car. They made everything so stress free and smooth. I never had to worry about anything they had everything under control and kept me updated along with the whole process. I will most definitely be referring Grey to every person I know and family. My fiancé and I will without a doubt be back in a couple months to purchase his truck. Thank you again Grey Chevrolet for helping me with my first Car purchase and making it the best experience I have ever had!

I just bought my second car from Grey Chevrolet. I bought my Silverado from Grey 10 years ago, and only Grey has serviced it. As a result, my truck runs like new. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've received from the Grey staff, from the mechanics, to the Service Advisors, up to Joel Grey himself. I've even called the Service Advisors for advice, and they've patiently answered my questions in lay terms, and gave me a range of options. From a fellow in Seattle, I see below the only negative review of Grey. His criticism is that the Grey staff would not give him either a value or range for his used trade-in THAT HE DIDN'T BRING WITH HIM TO THE DEALERSHIP. Now, folks let me ask you: would you offer a price to a seller for a vehicle he would not, or could not, show you? See, here's the deal. Some dealerships will give you a price over the phone for your trade-in just to get you to come to their lot. When you get there with your trade-in, that price goes out the window. Grey's staff doesn't do that. Grey's entire organization has integrity. For example, on the used Trailblazer I bought a few days ago, the sales person gave me Grey's internal mechanic's evaluation of the car before they even gave me the price. I knew exactly what Grey would have had to do to get the highest price for their Blazer. I even went back and asked for more detail on this Blazer from the Service Advisors. The Advisor pulled Grey's internal evaluation, and explained in detail what the mechanic had found. They also quoted me what it would cost me to get it repaired if I chose to. Then, having been looking around at the market, when the salesman gave me a price, I knew it was less than even owner prices on Craig's List. Grey could not have been more fair, more accomodating, or given me more (inside) information than they did. If that's not integrity, I don't know what is. We've all bought cars & trucks. We've all heard BS from car sales people and from Service Advisors. I hate it. That's why I deal with Grey Chevrolet.

we purchased our chevy cruz in Sacramento, Ca 19 Jul 2012, up here in Washington visiting family. Had problem understanding how to pair bluetooth with our cellphone. We received excellent service by your sales rep Alex Ojeda, he was also very knowledgable, curtious, and kind and would recommend anyone to see him when your in the market for any cars at their dealership.

Great Staff, Fair Deal

The Good: 1. Smaller, family operated dealership. Impossible to get 'lost in the shuffle' or overwhelmed by a pushy sales staff. 2. Found both sales (Mac Mclain) and administrative staff friendly and helpful. 3. Mac was always courteous, but also expressed his willingness to submit any amount offered by me for consideration by the owner, regardless of size. 4. Drove a hard bargain, but negotiation led to a satisfactory compromise on both sides. 5. Regardless of size, a good cross-section of both new and used vehicles were available for sale. 6. Lower sales tax rate than metro area. 7. Multiple, great choices available at the dealership for financing. The Not So Good: 1. Though minor, the [used car] detail work was somewhat spotty, as pet hair was left undisturbed (and not removed) in the cargo area of the vehicle I was considering (and ultimately purchased). 2. Seemingly unwilling to negotiate $150 Documentation Fee (though I did not specifically ask during, or following our bargaining session, focusing instead on the 'out the door' price). 3. Due to the dealership location, relative to mine, spent nearly $100 in fuel and ferry charges to make the deal, then return the next day to pick the vehicle up, a result of purchasing a vehicle without a trade-in. Bottom Line: I am happy with my purchase. Mac is the most courteous auto salesman I have ever worked with (I have purchased 44 vehicles, previously).

We found the vehicle online and came in right before closing on Sunday night during our road trip to check into their inventory. The sales staff was very accommodating, permitting a quick road test of one we liked. We decided to purchase the vehicle which led the finance manager and salesperson to stay much after closing. All of our questions were answered and we were not pushed or pressured in any moment in the late hour. They remained friendly and helpful all the way to us driving away with a new vehicle. We have been happy with our purchase and would recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a new car or truck.

The vehicle was dropped off on time but took twenty minutes to start the inspection. It was ready for pickup when they said it would be. The part was not in stock so service was not performed but the problem part was identified and explained thoroughly. Service manager and overall experience was good and are recommended.

I bought a new truck here, and Kelly was my salesman. Unlike some other dealerships in the area, nobody tried to play "Let me talk to my manager" games with me, which I really appreciated. Kelly was helpful and knowledgable, and made sure that I got the true that I needed. I got a great deal, and was treated with respect for my time and money. Watch Out

I was looking at a used 2009 Silverado and to trade in a 2005 F250. I met with a sales guy looked over the vehicle and REALLY liked it! I asked about a trade in value and was told I needed to bring in the car. Of course I understood it needed to be there for a final appraisal, but wanted to know what the approximate value was . I asked the salesman if he could give me a ballpark and he said no!! I asked if there was someone else that could appraise and he said " you can talk to Flip, he's over there" he pionted me to an empty office on the sales floor. He didn't or wouldn't walk me over to the office to introduce me to him, and that blew me away! Finally Flip returned and we spoke , and he too would not give me a value of any kind, didn't ask what options were on the vehicle or anything! I asked him again for a "low ball" price and he again refused to comment. I told him that every other dealer I had spoken to has given me a low and high value and he said in a sarcastic tome "if I told you it was worth $12,000 would that make you happy?" at that point I new that I had had enough! I past the salesperson I was dealing with gave him back the Carfax and said goodbye. I don't post stuff like this too often, but felt this was necessary. Looked at a 2006 Yukon Denali, was very interested in purchasing using a trade in. They were very rude. Would not deal with us. Will never go back there ever. Seems if your not interested in purchasing a new car they didn't want to even work with me and my wife.
