Purchased a vehicle pretty much over the phone

I live in Western Washington and found the Tesla Model Y that I liked at Corwin Ford about 250 miles away. I've never bought a car without seeing it but they made me feel very good about my purchase. They were very friendly and quick to… respond to my questions and also request of a video walk a round of my possible car. They sent me the information the same day. Did all my paperwork and financing over the phone as much as possible with the little bit left over at the dealership. They were upfront and even were able to get my windows tinted by my request before I showed up to pick up the car. Thank you Laura Frank!!!! You did a fantastik job!!!

    We bought the Ford Explorer limited. The sales rep, Alan Dehoed was great and very helpful and the finance rep, Justin was so kind and quick like we asked. We love our new explorer.

  • Best Dealership in Tri Cites

    I just purchased a new Ford Edge from Luis the salesman and George the owner. I have physical limitations so me and my husband searched every car manufacturer and the Ford Edge was the best by far. The comfort of the seats is wonderful,… very easy to handle, its flat towable, good gas mileage. Just a wonderful car, George and Luis were both very pleasant and caring. Ford again has made a wonderful car, I don't know why anyone would not want this car. If you have back or hip problems I highly suggest it. I even tried the Cadiliac the seats were not nearly as comfortable, and it was hard getting out of. Very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership. They are more like friends then salesman. ***** STARS! Thank you George and Luis.
