My experience started with me looking for a used ford on line, I quickly got an e-mail from Alex M. from Bud clary ford. I was able to call Alex and let him know my situation (financially). He was very reassuring with my concerns, wants and needs. This prompt me to walk in to the dealership where I was greeted by Daniel, I let him know that I have been talking with Alex but I felt very comfortable with Daniel, he listened to my need and wants and showed me a Ford Focus 2016(Alex was with another customer) I decided to purchase a new car (first ever) instead of a used car. I was able to drive away with the Help of Darrell Manager and Omar financial officer. I did get to Meet Alex after asking for him for a couple days. Just to say hi and thank you to him.. Thank you Bud Clary Staff for making my experience GREAT!!!

Everything was fine, just your hours! If I have to get any type of service, I either have to take a day off or go to work late. I work in Othello, so the shuttle would not help. It's okay if I am off the rest of the day, but it would be nice if you were opened til 6 pm Monday thru Thursday and maybe Friday open half a day since your not open on the weekend. Not every one works 8-5, maybe Banks.

Splashed not soaked!

I was a little bit afraid at first. I filed bankruptcy a while back, I didn't want to be taken to the bank my first time out. I thought my payments were a little high. For the cost of financing I could have gotten top of the line anything. Next time in maybe I will fare a lot better, overall the salesman were great, I will buy there again.

In November we purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus, a few weeks ago we had our first oil change and besides customer service having either our name wrong for service not sure what happened cuz when we took it in they didn't have us in their list to do service they still "worked us in." But besides that hiccup everything was good.

I just purchased my new 2016 CR-V from Bud Clary Honda the week before and brought my vehicle in to have the Crystal Fusion applied to my windshield. They did it in a timely manner and called me when it was ready. Great People Great Service SYNC PROBLEMS

I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta....brought it in for for regular service and the staff took care of a couple of recalls...mostly software upgrades....one problem I am still having is the SYNC for my cell phone. The phone will SYNC up when you first start the car and after a minute or so the SYNC drops. They did a software fix...worked better but now it drops SYNC after a call is made. This is a safety issue. I will bring the vehickle back to see if they can straighten this out. Overall I am very pleased with the Moses Lake facility and staff.
