Patient and not pushy

When I showed up at West Hills to test drive a truck, I really had no idea if I wanted to purchase a; Chevy, Dodge, or Ford; 1/2 or 3/4 ton; new or used. Not only did they let me take home a RAM 2500 for the day, but when I came back after work, the Dodge salesman spent more time driving us around to the other dealers so we could test drive the Chevy and Ford at the same time. After deciding on the half ton, we brought them all back to the Dodge dealership, lined them up side by side so we could make our choice. After making our selection (RAM 1500), we were surprised to find out that the salesman would likely make very little from the sale had we purchased Chevy or Ford. Even with that, they never pushed one vehicle over the other and truly let us come to our own conclusions. They happily put up with our long drawn out search in the rain, climbing into every 1500 on the lot to find just the right truck, even searching the entire state for similar vehicles to make sure we reviewed all of our truck options. I would easily recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thanks John and Mike.

WATER LEAK

I purchased a new longhorn 3500, 4 door, 4x4, with all the bells and whistles. It is leaking water through the cab light so bad that the interior is completely ruined. I call and told them what was going on. They made appointment for me to have it fixed. When I got there you could a ready start smelling it mold. The service writer informed me , they would do nothing but put a heater in it. I took my truck right back. I took it in to a reputable shop in town that my insurance company recommended . Between the shop and my adjuster the cost so far has just gone over $9000. This is not including the electrical damage. I pay over $70000.00 for this truck . You think they would stand behind the vehicles. Done venting!

Excellent Service Department

I purchased a new 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 and have had it serviced here on time and on schedule. I have received excellent service absolutely every time. When appointments are made they are ready for me. I have been told when it would be finished and it has been finished by that time. Everything I asked about was successfully addressed. Everyone I spoke with in all departments have been most friendly and yet professional. No other service department in my 57 years of driving have come even close to matching this service department. I am so pleased that today I traded in my 2013 Ram 1500 for a new Ram 1500. The service department had a lot to do with this decision. Thank you! My money is where my mouth is! Jerry

Painless purchase experience

Zero pressure A+ experience. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years and have normally come away with a bit of a bad taste (poor trade in value/hidden fees etc.). This was simply not the case with this purchase. I've used this dealership for service on previous vehicles in the past so I already had high expectations based on how I've been treated before. The purchasing experience (the first at this dealer) did not disappoint. A very comfortable, friendly, no extra BS experience. Salesman was Mike Alden. Great service. I basically bought a similar but new version of what I traded. Mike made sure I understood all of the differences and even gave me his personal cell number if any questions came up after I left the dealership. Everyone was great from the financing department, and all other salespeople who made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Personnel at all levels (managers included) treated us like we were the only ones in the dealership (even though the place was packed). Go see Mike and the gang at West Hills CJD - they'll take care of you!

Honest, Fair and Fun

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Edition from Chuck Gurno. He was so nice and respectful during the entire process. They were very generous with my trade-in and respectful of my time. This was by far the easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Frank Jeffers was very good at explaining why additional warranty coverage was a good idea at the time of purchase - and why waiting to buy it later didn't really save us any money or extend the coverage. I will definitely return to West Hills CJD in the future and I absolutely love my new Jeep!

Have you been to dealerships where either they don't have time to help you or could care less? This dealership is just the opposite. From Jay helping me with the price and availability of the truck, to John working through the details of the sale, to the end with Amelia closing with the financial aspects, everyone took their time to make the sale a positive experience.

2013 Chrysler 200

Our first interaction with Cody was over the phone where we gave him information about the kind of car we were looking for and our limit. He got back to us with exactly what we were looking for and even better yet well within our budget. When we arrived to meet him he had the car all ready to test drive and all the car history ready for us to review. Even the staff was amazing in assisting us. Another plus to Cody and the staff is that they got us out of there fairly quickly which shows that they are a well run dealership. I have no doubt that I would purchase another vehicle from them without hesitation, but until then I will refer my friends and family to that dealership. Best dealership I have ever been too!

Great Custmer Service

Jim W. When my Wife and I showed to the dealership, Chuck greeted us right away and got us the help we needed with the service manager Jetter who was a great help with our issue. Chuck also got me into a new Jeep Wrangler with around the price we could work with. Also the Finance Director Amelia Reisman did a great job ensuring we got all the warranties we were aloud and got us a great finance rate to keep us in our budget. Thanks to the whole team and great job.

Stay away!!!

My husband and I STRONGLY do not recommend West Hills Chrysler Jeep Dodge!!! I will precede my review by stating that our sales rep, Cody, did an excellent job answering our many questions and helping us find our new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Unfortunately the positives stop there. We purchased our new vehicle on a Sunday and were the first customers on the lot at 10am. After a pleasant experience with Cody we agreed to trade in two vehicles and by new. 4 hours after agreeing to buy, sitting in the dealership waiting, we finally were able to see a finance person to solidify our deal. Good thing we had Cliff Bars in our car because I fear how much longer we would have waited had we left for lunch or dinner. We didn't leave the dealership until 7pm, at closing time. Our Trailhawk was brought in from Eastern Washington the following Tuesday morning but because I work all day we weren't able to pick it up until the evening. During Cody's introduction to the finer details of our new car we discovered that the dealership (who had the car all day) had forgotten to install the Navigation System which now would require another trip back to the dealership as it was the end of the day and HQ was closed. We subsequently went back to WHCJD a couple days later to have our Nav System installed. My husband and I showed up at the dealership's advertised opening time and were greeted by a receptionist who told us the sales reps were in their morning meeting and would be out shortly. 45 minutes later (with a small crowd of customers waiting) the sales staff came out of their meeting and finally got around to seeing people. Then, less than 24 hours after our third trip to the dealership, a lady from finance called and to tell us (not politely request) that we would have to return one more time because the finance person we had originally seen had missed a signature line on our paperwork...and so we returned, again. If you are counting, this is now 4 trips to the dealership in less than a week and add on a 5th three weeks later to pick up our plates. But the agony doesn't stop there. Less than 30 days after owning our NEW Trailhawk, the Navigation System stops working. So we call Jeep Vehicle Service (very pleasant) and they tell us we will need to schedule an appointment at the dealership. Because we are a single car household we set up the appointment for the following Saturday at 8:30am, thinking what appeared to be simple glitch in the GPS/Nav System could be quickly rebooted and we could be on our way with our weekend. WRONG! My husband and I drop off our car as scheduled at 8:30am and receive a ride home as the service representative estimated it would take 3-4 hours to have our car seen and fixed. Not a problem as our only commitment for the day was at 4pm to have our sick dog seen at the local vet. Tick, tick, tick...no word. So my husband calls WHCJD at approximately 11pm. Jason, our service rep, tells him the car was just taken back and plugged in to diagnostics. My husband proceeds to call back several times for updates for which the only feedback we received is that the car is "plugged in" and the diagnostic machine is "flashing red" and reads "do not unplug." At 2pm my husband calls back one last time to say we need a resolution or alternate transportation as (again) we are a single car household and we need our car (which was running/driving when we brought it in). WHCJD passes us off to Enterprise which provided us a rental car at no cost. At 5pm as we leave our vet appointment we call WHCJD for an update to see if our vehicle is done. The service shop is CLOSED!!! The only people left at the dealership are the sales reps who can provide no assistance other than to have a manager notified of our issue on Monday. Now I have to go to work on Monday and explain to my boss how I will have to leave work early unexpectedly to retrieve my car which has been hijacked by the dealership and we still have NO STATUS on why we don't have our NEW car back yet. This dealership could offer me all the free oil changes and car washes in the world and I will NOT return. We want our car back and we want to cut ties. I have never had such an infuriating experience with any dealership. WHCJD should be embarrassed by the abomination that is their customer service.

Honest Dealership

I want to share the very positive experience I had when purchasing my 2014 Dodge Ram1500 SLT, Bighorn addition. My husband did his online research, reviewing ratings, speaking to sale associates, and emailing dealerships from Bellingham to Olympia. We had a list and narrowed it down to a few dealerships we thought had the best price for the package we wanted. The deciding factors for us choosing West Hills Dodge were the customer reviews. And I have to agree this dealership is stellar. Jay Powers the online representative set us up with John Kielbasa that set us up with the perfect truck. For the 1st time my husband and I agreed without debate on the color, size, and price. Not to mention there was no pressure to purchase add-ons and no hidden cost. Now let me talk a little about the customer service experience. Everyone was great and I know this should be expected but John Kielbasa made us feel like family. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to, and very positive. He never spoke negatively about any other dealership, and acknowledged his co-workers in a positive light. I was so impressed that even though I live within 10 miles of two Chrysler-Dodge dealerships, I will gladly drive the 28 miles to have my vehicle serviced at West Hills. I recently purchased a dodge ram 2500 from the west hills dealerships in Bremerton. I went in and talked to Chad B., and told him the vehicle I wanted. He spent many hours looking for it and keeping me updated. He found the perfect truck and called me shortly after it was traded in to let me know my dream vehicle had arrived. Chad went out of his way to accommodate our needs as did the management. This was a great experience, and I would recommend west hills dodge, and Chad B. for all friend or family auto purchases.

Chad was amazing from the beginning. for some first time buyers, he made us feel comfortable and confidant in our choice's. And got us into the jeep of our dreams. Very Supprised

After a bad experience with this dealer in 2005 my expectations of anything good were very low and I did not expect to do anything except look and go. Well, I was pleasantly surprised; things could not have gone better. I thoroughly researched the 2014 Grand Cherokee and came in with all of the answers, but I quickly found out that the sales staff was actually knowledgeable of their product, a rare trait these days. Also the low price, get you in the door model was in stock and at the advertised price. We kept waiting for the catch, like “you don’t qualify for this rebate”, but it never came and the price actually beat the buying service price by over $1000. Freddy is a top notch salesman and would be the guy I would go to. The only annoying thing in the whole purchase was that I let them sell me the theft protection service that put the special numbers on the windows, the dude spoke so fast that I thought I was signing for something that was included in the price. But it was clearly on the purchase and sales agreement, so my bad for not speaking up before I signed it. I have dealt with all of their areas now, sales, parts, and service with no complaints. I would recommend them and will return in the future. I must mention that they did not have Christmas music playing on their PA system the day after Thanksgiving which is a big plus in my book since I can’t stand being bombarded with Christmas music……
