    As always, service at Lexus of Bellevue was a breeze. My advisor, AJ Jensen, with whom I have dealt for nearly 15 years, is knowledgeable, helpful, and a very good customer representative for Lexus of Bellevue. He is a prime reason why I have purchased 4 Lexus' at this dealership. Very highly recommended!

    There probably aren't enough stars in your survey to properly review my service professional, Mike McCann. He's a 10 or above! He's informative, communicative and knowledgeable and offered several suggestions that saved me time and money. I know I can count on him when and if I need service and/or any other concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus product and an asset to your organization.

    Took my RX450h in for a routine service yesterday. My service consultant was Roman Yarynych. In addition to the routine maintenance, I described a problem to him of the vehicle sometimes failing to start on the first try. He took detailed notes of my description for the service technicians. The source of the problem was found and solved, and the vehicle was ready when promised! I am very satisfied with the experience!

    My initial inquiry into purchasing a new RX-350 was with Dan McLauchan who provided excellent email and phone support over several days by valuing my trade-in and sending additional info on the stock number I was interested in. We made an appointment for May 26, 2020 and were met by Jacob Sherman who said Dan was off that day and had asked him to take care of us. Jacob also did an excellent job. I had previously requested info on a specific stock number but after looking at it in-person realized the “birch” color for the interior was too light for me. Jacob showed us other vehicles and we ended up buying a new RX-350L. Overall I think it was a very successful day.

    This is the second time I chose Lexus of Bellevue. Bruce has been super helpful in answering my questions since I considered getting a new car. Most importantly, I ended my visit in 1.5 hours with just what I was looking for. Great car and great service!

    I called mid-afternoon, and they told me to bring car right in and they would take a look at the problem i was having. When I arrived, I worked with service rep Mike. He gave me an accurate quote of what it would take to fix my issue and the time required. He was spot on. In and out...easy peasy!

    I went in to the dealership for an oil change and general inquiries on issues with my vehicle. They were busy and Christina was the only one available to help me. Thank goodness because she was an absolute pleasure to work with! I have been here a couple times in the past and hadn’t found someone who made me this satisfied with service until yesterday! She made sure I understood what was being done. She couldn’t have explained everything better to someone who doesn’t know anything about cars. She didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services and she gave me helpful information that guided me in the right direction to make decisions about my car. Not only was she informative, but super nice! She made me feel super comfortable to be sitting at her desk! I think I’ve finally found my go-to girl!

    During the COVID-19 pandemic, I especially appreciated the excess of safety measures taken by AJ and the Bellevue Lexus Service team. Ample supply of hand sanitizer around the dealership and they put plastic in place on the driver seat and steering wheel so the car was extra clean when I picked it up.

    Piper Logg in Service deserves Employee of the Year. My Lexus hybrid had a dead auxiliary (12V) battery that I thought needed replacement. The diagnostics showed a healthy battery that had discharged due to under-use (I'm a cyclist). Total cost which included a ride by the dealer was a fraction of what I'd expected. Speed of service, courtesy and professionalism 10/10. Kudos to Lexus of Bellevue.

    4130 Boulevard Place Alan Jenson, on short notice, accommodated my request to provide the "remedy" to an oil cooler pipe problem I received details about in the mail the day before my scheduled service. I appreciate that. The service and the "remedy" were accomplished in a timely fashion. I was sorry to learn that the car wash was down and I hope you get that back up soon. Alan also found a rock chip in my front windshield that I will have fixed soon. The RX450h SUV I bought from Lexus Bellevue was advertised as getting 28-30 mpg when I bought it. To date it hovers around 25-26 mpg after 15K miles with no explanation as to why it is falling short!?

About our dealership
