Nightmare after nightmare

Where to start ? We purchased a 2017 Land Rover discovery $86K with all the bells. Our sales person Zorn was wonderful not pushy at all. We purchased it drove it home. The next day we noticed some issues with the trim in the vehicle. They were to be replaced under warranty. We dropped the car off on a Friday and picked it up the following Friday. All that was done was window tint and clean the car. It was there for the molding isssue along with tint and detail since it was never done. So we leave and make another aptment to fix the molding. Now mind you it’s the same issue in 3 of the 4 doors. So we drop it off again. Pick it back up and they only have fixed one. This time they vacuumed the car but in the process scratched the center plastic by dragging the hose across the center. So they buff it out. We yet again make an appointment. In our email it supposed to take 45 mins with a wash. Okay now 2.5 hours later the car is done. We told them at the beginning no wash just vacuum but be careful. Yet again they scratched the arm rest. Oh we will buff it out .... NO YOU WILL NOT YOU CAN REPLACE IT NOW. So we leave to head home stop and pick up food and when putting it in the back seat notice the place where they were working on is still torn apart ! Peices on the floor and seat ? ????? You had it for 2.5 hours scratched it and then never put it back together ? This place is a hole in the wall who can keep any promises! Skip this dump!

Engine Blew Up at 76k Miles!!

Engine blew up at 76k Miles for a dealership maintained Range Rover Sports SC 2010 having immaculate service records. The dealership showed absolutely no remorse or interest in resolving the issue. The timing chain TSB that was out that caused this issue was never mentioned before nor was ever taken care of while the vehicle was under warranty. Neither they bothered to send a letter to inform me about this TSB and the consequences to an Interference Engine if this repair was not taken care of. Now they have handed me a $42,000 quote to fix the problem! The audacity! I am planning to take this issue to legal and have plans to disrupt all the Jaguar LR (social) media campaigns by showing the world the true face of Jaguar Land Rover product quality and how they don't get behind it. It's only fair to do that. I have all the records to prove that and can easily make this public while countering any online (including social) media campaign by the company by using an army of posters from around the globe. Not to mention the public online reviews with links to my blog that I will publish with all the details and documents highlighting the Land Rover Dealership and the parent company's negligence. I have even opened the case with Jaguar Land Rover North America and have heard nothing back, even as a courtesy. I wish this can be resolved properly and I will not proceed further with my plans. Otherwise, I will not be left with any option but to cause negative media campaign (which I have the technical skills to do that myself very easily) and the planned legal action. After speaking to many other owners through Land Rover Range Rover online forums it has been determined that this is a common issue and has seen an upsurge lately so that means it can turn into a class-action. Please respond to me ASAP as I am losing patience with the lack of interest in resolving this matter. I will not let this go and will do my part once I deem it necessary.

Longtime Mercedes owner and just bought my first Jaguar. Jaguar Bellevue is an excellent dealership. GM, Dmitri Mordekhov, has done a great job of hiring talent and setting high expectations in all departments (Sales, Finance, Service, Parts). Rachel Abielmona is the most knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, friendly sales person I have ever encountered. She and Dmitri made my F-Pace purchase a memorable experience and they've earned a long-time customer. My F-Pace is a high-quality mid-sized SUV that does drive like a sports car and is very comfortable. The infotainment system is comprehensive, customizable and fast. I am so excited that Jaguar designed such an impressive SUV. Thank you, Tata!

The only part that would have made the experience remarkable is if you could design a smoother process for the paperwork. This piece takes a long time. Service Specialist Shinee Lafleur was extremely helpful she arranged for a Technician to ride with me so that I could demonstrate the problem with the transmission, unlike the previous time I had tried to get it fixed and have the software upgrade. Transmission now operates as it should have with new software and special lubricants added to the transmission.

I had a very specific car that I was looking for and I live over 3 hours away. The webiste didn't pull it up, but she went through each sticker and found the car I wanted. She was also willing to communicate with me through my most preferred method, with just the right amount of contact. She also respected my time when I got there as she was with another customer and quickly assigned me to another salesperson who was also great.

Poor service, poor communication, poor repair quaity

Not sure why they sent me an email asking for a review through some automated email, but ask and ye shall receive. No, they didn't fix my vehicle correctly, These guys have to be baby sat the whole way. Unfortunately not the same experience I am use to receiving as a former porsche owner. Don't make the assumption that their is a direct relationship between the cost of the vehicle and the service you receive with Land Rover as there definitely is not! That simple. I bought the car for my wife, but I'm the one who has to deal with it. No good deed... Unfortunately, if you live on the eastside, you're options are limited.

Rear Brakes

My Evoque s almost four years old and the brakes need to be replaced. Because of the cost, my husband and I decided to replace the brakes over two months due to high cost of repair and the rear brakes were replaced in October with the front brake work to follow in November. Our service adviser, Robin, was very accommodating and worked with us to schedule the repair according to our needs and explained to us the reason for the cost of the repair. We appreciate her attention and patience.
