Great experience from start to finish...
From start to finish my buying experience was first rate. The sales staff of JJ Tyson and Brenna Hott along with web contact Alice Rohman treated me as though I were family and my interaction with them was most enjoyable. Tom Ross who is the head of financing for the dealership treated me with respect and explained everything to me before I "signed on the dotted line." The guys working the front desk who processed my paperwork also deserve credit as well as the prep "boys" who made sure my new truck was spotless. I only wish I knew what their names were to pass along my accolades. BobC
Buying was Easy!
First - I dropped in on a Sunday afternoon/evening and they were literally one of the only dealerships open. Second - I pulled in, walked in the showroom and was greeted by a nice salesman with a friendly greeting. I told them I was interested in looking at a 2016 Ford Escape. We test drove two models (of roughly 50 on the lot - nice inventory). The salesman was knowledgeable of the vehicle and it's capabilities/functions and very easy to converse with. Finally - the deal - He asked, where would you like to be on this vehicle? I gave him a # and within 3 minutes he came back with something about $4,000 off MSRP and in the close ballpark to my figure. We did the deal. Super nice folks and easy to deal with. Was there for about 2.5 hours from the time I walked in the showroom (with 2 test drives, finalizing the deal, and signing all the papers) to the time I walked out. I'd recommend this dealer to anyone. This was my second vehicle purchased through them - the first was 12 years ago and that experience was the same. Trust Malloy Ford to work you up a nice experience!
New car purchase
Decided to purchase a 2015 mustang, and based on a previous purchase in 2014 at Malloy Ford, we knew we wanted to head back for another new vehicle purchase. Billy Albright and Alice Rohman were the same people we dealt with in 2014 and are still at the top of their game. Normally I dread buying a new car. The pressure of someone trying to sell you something you don't want, don't need and can't afford usually sours me quickly. Not like that at Malloy. The buyer is treated like a buyer, and they truly want to earn your business. They make it so easy to do business with.

I purchased a used truck from Mallory Ford a few years back and decided I would go back for my next purchase. I just purchased a new 2015 Fiesta and the experience was wonderful. I got a GREAT deal and will go back for my next purchase once again. Also, there service department is top rate. They have been servicing my daughter's Focus which I purchased from a different dealer. Mallory Ford has yet to let me down.
We got a great deal and great service! Steve Whittington made sure got what we wanted out of our visit. I didn't expect to ride away in a preowned Ford Fusion but I did!
Billy, Billy, Billy.
I made my first contact with Alice thru the internet. She was delightful and full of good information. Then came Billy. I've bought 3 new vehicles at this location: an Expedition , an f-150 Lariat, and now an f-150 Platinum. I will come back again, and I will ask for Billy. He knew everything, right down to why I didn't want certain things. No pressure, not from Billy. One day, and I'm driving a 2015 f-150 Platinum. Is this a great country, or what? That's why they call themselves the country Giant! Go talk to Billy, tell him Mike sent you!
Wasn't expected to go through Malloy Ford, but they had a Toyota Prius C on their lot and I figured I would go check it out! Christa Pellot was my sales representative and she was most helpful. She was able to work with me and get to a price I was comfortable with. She is funny too! Alice Rohman was great in scheduling a test drive and following up with me after the purchase. Everyone there was pleasant and accommodating. Not a big Ford fan myself, but this was a great experience.
Ford F150 King Ranch purchase
After contacting multiple dealers throughout the State, I found Malloy to be not only the best priced for the specific vehicle I was looking for, but also the most pleasant to deal with (especially coming from out of town). Alice Rohman was very professional, respectful and responsive to my needs. She was not pushy like other sales people from other Ford dealerships that I contacted. Dealing with her and Beau Rudiger, equally as pleasant, made buying the vehicle from Malloy a pleasant experience.
Recently purchased a new Mustang. Would recommend Malloy ford in Winchester, VA to all. Dan Morgan who I dealt with during my purchase was excellant. He was knowledgeable with the new mustang, personable and answered all my questions.
Poor service after the sale
Purchased used 2006 BMW at Malloy Ford 6/14/2014. The brakes would not meet PA State inspection. Spoke with Dana, who offered to ship me the needed rotors. Since my mechanic had already installed new rotors, we agreed that refunding me $325 (the cost that purchasing and shipping the rotors would have cost the dealer) would be fair. (My total repair bill was $720) The refund was never sent, and after further conversations with sales manager Dana, I found that the dealership would not be sending a refund. She was going to have her service manager call me....but the call was never returned. Additionally, Jeffrey D., the salesperson told me that the remote locking fob just needed the battery changed. He would have replaced it, but the dealership didn't have batteries in stock. Upon further inspection after the sale, I found that the key fob did NOT have a replaceable battery, and I spent over $250 at the BMW dealer to rectify this misrepresentation. Final note: I purchased a used car at a reasonable price, but the dealer was unwilling to offer any customer service after the sale. Get EVERYTHING in writing, and have everything taken care of BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. They will not help you out afterwards. I trusted them, and got lousy customer service in return.
New car purchase
From the moment we found the car we wanted on the Malloy Ford web site, until we drove it off the lot, the experience was a pleasure. Our salesman, William A, took the time to understand our needs, provide suggestions, and let us make informed decisions. No pressure, no hype. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. We plan to return for future purchases.

My wife and I bought our Ford Explorer almost 2 years ago from Steve V. W. at Malloy Ford in Winchester, VA. Steve displayed the utmost professionalism towards me and my wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase a Ford.
Straight forward and easy to deal with.
My wife and I went there knowing what we wanted to purchase and within 20 minutes we had agreed on a price and had our vehicle ordered. Honest and easy transaction, glad we stopped in after dealing with more than a few pushy dishonest dealerships. I would recommend and purchase there again. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
All's well that ends Well
I am a long time customer of this dealership and have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. After 14 years and nearly a quarter million miles of reliable service I went to Malloy Ford to replace my trusty Ford Escort. Chuck, the Malloy service Manager that I have trusted for years servicing my vehicles recommended Steve W. as a top notch customer focused salesman. I knew exactly what I wanted and when the exact model, color and equipment was not available, Steve placed an order for me. Anyone can order and deliver a car when things go right, but in my case (through no fault of Malloy or Steve) that was not the case. The shipping and delivery of the car from the factory to the dealer did not go smoothly. The car was delayed well beyond the promised delivery date by Ford logistics/shipping. That is when Steve & Malloy management really stepped up and helped. When my car was delivery was delayed they worked with the Ford regional customer service rep to get my car tracked and on expediting delivery. Steve kept me up to date on the status and continually worked to keep on top of the status of my vehicle. The respect and s customer service Steve W. and Malloy showed me turned what could have been a very bad experience into a positive customer care experience. While I can't say much for Ford's delivery system, I have nothing but good things to say about Steve W. and the way he treated me as a customer.

I went into the dealership with an old car, not knowing what to expect from new ones and not really knowing what I wanted. After talking to Jeff D. for a few minutes about what I needed a car for he showed me a beautifully priced new car, that felt like home when I sat in it. There was no fancy sales talk, no talking down to me as if I had no clue what I needed (that's the part that kept me driving my old car so long), so pressure or pushing--just an introduction & explanation of the car. When I picked it up, I received a full tutorial on all the important bits from Jamahl M., including engine & tires. After driving it even just the short time I've had it, I'm pretty sure I'll never regret this decision.
Great Sevice a Long Way from Home
A very long way from home and not quite to our destination, our engine blew on I-81 south of Winchester. A spur of the moment decision and we had the tow operator take us to Malloy Ford. Our trip was to spend our final hours with a loved one. While we were dealing with that, Malloy's Service Department was addressing our warranty covered needs and living up to its commitment to get the job done. We were concerned that such a major repair might leave something not quite right for our eventual trip home. Glad to say that we made the 24 hour drive, back to Texas, without a single issue or concern. Job well done Malloy. Thanks.

Dodged the bullet on this scam from Mallory Ford in Winchester. Last week I took my truck to Mallory Ford in Winchester as I had uneven tire wear on the left front tire. I thought I had an alignment problem. They told me the alignment was dead-on and they would need to look for other problems. After taking the truck back to the service department they told me the front ball joints were badly worn and in fact the left front had 2 inches of play in it. They said I needed not only to replace the front ball joints but also the back for approx. $1100.00 in parts in labor. (The big red flag was that there are no rear ball joints.) I than took the truck to Rice Tire in Winchester and scheduled replacement for this week. Took it in early this morning and 20 minutes later they tell me the ball joints are tight and that the nuts securing the bearings were only hand tight. The Rice mechanic took me into the shop and showed me that the ball joints were tight and in perfect order on this truck with 55,000 miles. My bill came to less than $33.00. This is the worst case of consumer fraud I've ever encountered and now I really suspect that the radiator replacement that Mallory did in the spring was unnecessary and also fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM Mallory Ford, they should be investigated by the state attorney general consumer fraud division and there dealership agreement cancelled by Ford. There is no gray area involved in this scam.
