Good experience, I started communicating through email, I already had an idea if what I wanted. I dread the whole going to the dealership and being there alllllll day thing, I wanted to be in and out, I need a new car and that was it. My sales guy got me in and out of there and I got my new car. That's how I like to do business, no BS involved

Mistake

A huge mistake buying honda from this dealership i regret keeping this car and soon waiting for the day the lease will end i ll throw the car back to the dealership.Beside excellent credit everything dealership sold me the car based on MSRP .I was new in this country was not sure cars are not sold MSRP .Delaers always hve some diacounts and rebates and this dealership especially the sales person took full advantage of me as being aliena nd being the first car ourchaser in the beautiful country i call my home. so sad honda so sad.

No More Honda of Tysons

I'll start by thanking my service adviser's professionalism. Troy was great. Here comes the disappointing part: after I left our minivan at the Honda of Tysons for oil change, tire rotation, transmission and power steering services, I received a call from the service adviser that the rear brake pads had to be replaced for $270.00. I declined the service. The other services costs were about $600.00. When I picked up the car and left the shop on Saturday afternoon, I started hearing a noise from the back wheels. The noise got progressively worse. I called the Honda of Tysons 10-12 times to get a hold of the service adviser, but the dispatcher was not able to put me in touch with him. She was utterly rude and unprofessional. Every time I called back, she sounded more disaffected by my displeasure. The voice mail that she kept putting me through was not set to accept any voice mails. I ended up driving back to the Honda of Tysons. I was told that when the Honda of Tysons technician inspected the rear wheels, they could not put the brake monitor back the way it was and that I had to hear to noise until I repaired the brake. I did get my van's rear brakes repaired but not the Honda of Tysons. A local mechanic shop replaced my brake pads for $170.00. That is 37% less expensive than Honda of Tysons price AND the $170.00 price included original Honda parts.

It was a very good experience and with a wonderful surprise. My car is two years old and It has been troubles with the battery. Once before I tried them to put a new battery since still is under guaranty. No success! This time they did it!

I took my car in (without an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. My service technicial (Tim) was superior and informed me that there was several appointments ahead of me, but would move me through as quickly as possible. I told him no worries, as I had 4-5 hours worth of "homework" to keep me busy. Before I knew it, he was coming to inform me my car was ready. He had the car washed and all service was again, expertly done. I love this dealership and I love Tim and he team.

I found the agent at the 877 number with whom I needed to make an appointment quite unhelpful. She didn't listen so repeatedly asked for information I had just given her. Said her earliest was the next day. When I said that wasn't acceptable just so that I could see if I had a major/minor issue, she found one for me. As soon as she gave me a time, I disconnected and went forward. My car was looked at quickly and "Mo" got back to me within the arraqnged time. I nearly ended up paying for a service that, indeed, was covered under my service contract as I had only purchased the car from them 8 months prior. I was told that my additional $279 problem could be had at a special deal they were running until I pushed that I should have to pay anything. Mo did say he would check with the sales dept. and "see what he could do for me. especially once he saw that I had put less than 7K miles on the car. His service was then thorough, I assume, and timely. And I left a satisfied customer. However, I was left with a taste of caution for future transactions -- need to be ones own advocate.
