Service recall and tire replacement

The service department at Maserati of Arlington always provide excellent service. In particular James Pollack has made it his personal quest to give me 5 star level service. He is very thorough and communicates well about service and any cost if applicable. His customer service is remarkable to a point he is the one I highly prefer going to. Great service from Maserati of Arlington as well working with Maserati of Washington to set up appointments and getting my vehicle to them. Haley is very thorough.

Terrible after sales service

Terrible buying experience from these people. Purchased a Maserati and the sales process has been a joke. They lost the plates from my trade-in. They bungled the plate transfer process--as I write this I still have temp tags after 45 days, They let me leave the dealership without insurance. There was damage to the rims that was not disclosed before I made the 10 hour trip to get the car. When I got the car home I noticed that the coat hanger was missing leaving an open hole! When I brought this to their attention they made ZERO effort to make it right. I ended up having to order and pay for a $50 piece of plastic! Just a pitiful excuse for high end car buying. Inexcusable really. Be careful with this outfit before you drop the kind of money these cars cost.
