Exceeded my expectations! I drove over 5 hours to buy from Matt. Matt was the only salesman to follow up with me after our first conversation. I tried for 10 days to buy a car from my local dealers. The complimentary lifetime drivetrain warranty was a added bonus. I will buy again. Stop looking and buy from this dealership, you will not be disappointed.

I bought a well maintained late model used car with a lifetime power train warranty included in a very competitive price with other dealers. Also, Carfax and a complete description of car and options were posted free of charge. Dustin Stewart and Jada Jenkins provided exceptional service. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

i had been looking for a particular van to upgrade the 2009 model I had, and was very happy to run into John Spatz at this fine Pomoco dealership . I have used carmax for the last 2 vehicles I purchased in the past and priority for my business vehicle and after the experience I had with Pomoco .. well, let's say car max just lost another customer for life . they have gone above and beyond to meet my picky demands and John Spatz got me exactly what I was looking for ! with no exaggeration ! was a very good experience with no hassle at all . and they saved me 3k from what carmax wanted to charge me for the same thing , and found me a lower interest rate ! no competition in my mind with what they will do for you compared to any of there competitors . don't waste your time and just go to John Spatz at Pomoco in Newport New , you WILL regret it if you don't !!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dustin this past weekend. I inquired about a vehicle on Friday and he responded right away and set us up with an appointment first thing the next morning. He had the car warmed up and ready for us, answered any questions we had, and didn't pressure us when we wanted a little time to think and test drive other cars. Ultimately we came back to purchase the vehicle because we loved the car and also because our experience with Dustin had been so great. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle in the future from him.

I recently purchased a new jeep from Commercial Sales Manager Joey Graham. Joey did a great job getting me the exact jeep i wanted. I cant say enough good things about Joey and also Dave Lawson. I have used the service department for several years and have been very pleased with Rosean Kemp and the entire service and parts team. They have taken great care of me over the years. This is a great dealership to work with.

defective transmission

I had about 13 miles on my 2012 Grand Caravan when the transmission began to leak a significant amount of fluid. Rather than replace a transmission that obviously suffered as a result of being low on lubricant the dealership put a band aid on it and let it rip. This vehicle was purchased new for reliability for wheelchair access and now I am afraid to drive it for fear that the transmission will lock up, snap the crankshaft leaving my 81 year old mother stranded in the middle of the highway in her wheelchair!!!

repeat repair repeat cost

My mother who is 78 years old has a Lincoln purchased at Pomoco. In 2004 she had her auto taken To Pomoco because her driver side window would go down but was difficult to raise the switch would have to be repeatedly turned off and then on before the window would eventually go up. The service coordinator stated it would require a new window motor which was installed In 2005.In 2007 my mother complained about the exact same problems she had in 2005. I took the auto to Pomoco and was told it was the window motor. I asked them to verify it was the motor and not the switch. I was told they knew it was the motor no need to check. I complained to the manager Mr. Gallaer that I thought it was the switch not the motor. Mr Gallaer expressed confidence in his mechanic and said I could bring it back. Keep in mind my mother seldom if ever drives and accumulated less then 5,000 miles in a year. November 19 , 2008 I took the auto back to Pomoco because it had the exact same problem. This time I was adamant they must check the switch. They checked the switch and found it to be defective as I suspected in 2007. They further told me because the repair was 3 days out of warranty they could offer me no remedy. I again talked to Mr. Gallaer who rudely told me it was more than a courtesy that he even talked to me. I looked at the amount of customers they had then as opposed to when I went there in 2007 and understood why they were doing so little business, Mr. Gallaer! I refuse to set foot on their lot again after 10 years as a loyal customer and would advise anyone to avoid them like the plague. It is not that they are over priced which they are, it's not that they did poor work which they did, but it is how they treat a repeat customer.
