I had bought my Chrysler from here. My salesperson was Bryan, he was really nice and informational and professional. When I finally made the decision on a car that I wanted came the fun part ( the numbers) mike and Chris had worked the numbers for me. Afterwards I went into the finance office where I had saw Kim who really was sweet and kept me at the monthly payments I wanted. In the end I was pleased that everyone was nice and helped me along the way because let's be honest car buying can be a long painful experience but it wasn't. If your looking to buy a dodge/Chrysler/jeep I would defiantly recommend going here!

Worst experience ever

Our visit yesterday was AWFUL! We arrived at 6:02 and basically waited around until 6:25 without even looking at a vehicle or talking with a sales person. I had been email Scottie back and forth and had confirmed we would be there yesterday around 6/6:30pm. Apparently he decided to go to the store and we stood there waiting with no help from anyone else. We decided to leave as this was unacceptable. To top it all off there were 2-3 other employees all around another computer but there were literally NO OTHER CUSTOMERS there at all.

Look elsewhere for used vehicles

I called to make a reasonable offer of $7500 out-the-door on a $6995 vehicle at 1 PM on 15 January, and was told "we might not be able to meet that, but should be able to get very close. I'll make some calls and call you back." No call back. At 9:45 Am on 16 January, another sales person called me back asking about my query. I reiterated my offer and he said exactly the same as the prior sales person: " we might not be able to meet that, but should be able to get very close." No call back. On 17 January, the online price of the vehicle jumped to $8765. Still no call. I called and the second sales person said " I think that car was sold." I asked that he check, and came back saying that yes, it was still available, so I reiterated my offer, and he said no, he might be able to get me out the door for something over $9K, but not less. After reminding him of the earlier calls, and listening to him make excuses for "what might have happened", then berate me for "not respecting him", I agreed to wait for him to research and call me back in 1/2 hour. No call back. On 20 January, called the General Manager to give him an opportunity to respond before giving the dealership a poor review, and left a message that I was told was "put right in the middle of his desk so that he'd see it first thing" and "since we open at 9:00, you should expect a call by 9:30". No call back. The vehicle has since been sold. I'll look elsewhere, with a more reputable used vehicle dealer.

A fun car buying experience!

I went in to get a used car and was helped with everything i needed. They had just what I wanted and needed in a car. They made sure to tell me all the details and let me try out several different models. I ended up with a very sweet Kia Optima. Im in love with it. They got me the best deal on it as well without the headache of negotiating and spending my whole day there. A very nice woman named Kim helped me all through the processes of sighning paperwork and making sure I made all the right choices. She was good to not push me into anything I didn't want to get. All in all it was definatley a day to remember and whenever the time comes in which I will need a new car I will be coming back, hopefully Kim will be there!

Best dealership experience thus far!

I bought a 2011 Kia Optima from here used, they were having a hard time trying to get the car at the price I needed and were struggling to make sure they didn't lose the sale. BUT through all of that, there was no back and forth negotiations (and if you think that means I got screwed 7 ways to Sunday your wrong since I know how much the average going price of the optima was online at other places.) It was very easy to get me in and out of the car and into finance where I was wowed by the respect and honesty Kim showed me by listing out all of the packages without trying to push anything to much or keep me there and where me down. She got me down to my payment easy peasy and had me done in a flash. Definitely one of if not the BEST dealership experiences I received in a long time.
